preppedpots.com is far better - 10 meals for under £30 and delivered for that too. Meals taste amazing, been having them for months and plenty of new meals to try all the time

How nice are these? Bit sceptical about ready food tbh I'd rather make my own but these might be good if Ur in a rush for a meal

I'd say a 6-7. I'd have to eat two to have that really full feeling.

I agree, someone I worked with was obsessed with 2 slimfast shakes as they were were only 500 caleries. Then would eat a meal in the evening. I said why don't you just eat proper food equal to 500 calories instead. That suggestion went down like a lead balloon!

I had the meat feast pasta one to try last week, was sceptical but really decent and good portion at 550g, would definitely try more.

These are really hit and miss. I have tried the 7 on the front page. The katsu one, the Indian one, and the piripiri one were not good at all. The 2 pasta ones, the lasagne, and the mac and cheese were tasty. The portion size on.all.of them was very good and filling.

Bought several of these recently for the reasons people have mentioned - quick, convenient and the nutrition is better on these than your generic Tesco/Asda microwave meals. Relatively filling although I've found myself wanting a snack in the evening. Overall decent enough, but there have been 1-2 of them with chewy bits of chicken in. For the most part though, ,they've been good.

Meat Feast Pasta and Piri Piri chicken with Rice seem to be the best if you do want protein, 61g and 58g respectively.

Some of the others range from 19g-38g.

£3.50 each? Crikey. Cold from me I'm afraid.

Seems expensive to me. I tend to buy Gym Kitchen meals from Morrisons at £2.50 each which look very similar nutritionally.
