sorted byAs others have said the mixability is pretty awful, but I only mix it to a paste and that works fine. It does have a bit of a grainy texture too, but again, not too much of a problem in porridge.
I think this is cheap as they've released a new formula for other flavours and may have loads of stock left for unflavoured?

But I've heard bad stuff about soy protein. Would stick to alternatives to be on the safer side

I don't mind that it is thicker and grittier.
Highly recommend buying some digestive enzymes if ya going for this, its cheap for a reason (edited)
The packet does look like a sack of lawn feed! I will get creative if it is inedible. I'll learn one way or another if unflavoured is viable for me and this is a cheap deal to trial it.
