Products purchased in store and via Click and Collect you can return an item within 135 days to any B&Q store

Products purchased for home delivery: You can return an item within 135 days of delivery to your home. More details can be found on the Terms & Conditions page.

Alternatively, you can return item(s) to your local B&Q store, but you must bring your order confirmation email or sales invoice and the credit or debit card used for payment or you may be declined a refund.

Products bought from B&Q verified sellers

Products bought from B&Q verified sellers are labelled “sold and shipped by B&Q verified sellers” on diy.com and on your order confirmation email. To arrange a convenient return of a product that is sold by a B&Q verified seller, use the 'Contact Seller' link in the email relating to your order.
Please note that returns for products that have been made to order or mixed to your individual requirements won’t be accepted. In the instance you have changed your mind or your product weights over 30kg, the Seller may charge up to £50.00 to process your return, which will be deducted from the total refund returned to you.

Is Click and Collect Available to Marketplace / Verified Sellers?

Currently, Click + Collect is not available for items sold by verified sellers. However, you can purchase from verified sellers with a convenient delivery to your home, or choose to purchase one of our B&Q products which is available for Click + Collect
