If you have ordered this 49p/month sim card for the 3GB MSE plan, it is
possible when you get your sim card, there will be no bundle activated
and 0 credit. You will not be able to make any calls or SMS but can
receive. This is what happened to me. To resolve it, I had to do the following 1. Check your email and look for a PIN email - its 8 digits long and it is NOT the PUK code. If you dont see it, go to step 2. 2. Go to lycamobile.co.uk/en/…us/ and message them saying you never got your 8 digit PIN to your email. 3. Wait patiently 1 day and keep monitoring your email inbox / junk folder for an email From: lycamobile@lycamobile.co.uk Subject: Subject : PIN RETRIGGER 33891234 4. On your lyca mobile device, call the following number based on the above PIN example *116*33891234# 5. A minute later, it should activate your bundle.
You should now have 3GB data and unlimited mins and sms.
