Be careful their customer service is atrocious. Had a 24 month 0% offer. 15 months later started getting charged interest. Takes 8 weeks for them to (hopefully) sort it out...still waiting and getting charged interest

I'm sure they will sort everything out. I am very happy with my 27 month 0% "Matched" card so far after 3 months.

I've had the 27 month one for about a year. All good.
It's perfect for everyday essentials, which is what I used it for, like a 65" Samsung and his & hers fixie bikes which have never been used. lol

I'm sure they will but making me wait 8 weeks when I have proof is a bit ridiculous.
only problem i have had with this card is.. I have set up a direct debt which didnt work call them and they set it up over the phone and it still doesnt work.
Don't really understand 0% on balance transfers, does that mean i can cover my hsbc credit card debt *on which one already being charged interest * and then pay back this card balance without being charged interes on transfered money? Can anyone explain. Many thanks in advance..

My understanding (I have this card but not used the balance transfer facility) is that everything you have said is correct. There is a 2.98% fee that applies and balance transfers must be made within 3 months of account opening. Although topcashback is not guaranteed the £26.25 should easily cover the 2.98% -
