Just waiting for the 'what's the point comment'

I'm still in my 20's and I love to drink, but as I grow older, I realize how frequently people drink. On the weekends, you drink with your mates. One or two drinks, means a messy one. After work drinks. Going for a meal drinks. After work glass of wine at home.

Made me realize how much I was drinking myself, and I'd always feel terrible the day after. I want to lose weight and get healthier, but I realized whenever I was drinking, I'd order takeaway or not care what I'm eating and it was just a cumulative effect. It seems like drink culture surrounds you everywhere.

I'm glad non alcoholic stuff is becoming a bit more mainstream.

This was the push I needed to finally stop drinking

Not much of a discount but probably the best AF beer imho.

I know it says reduced from £4 but I've seen this for £4.50 in a few places.

For zero alcohol it's quite a decent drink. Obviously not as good as the real stuff but still a good alternative and one of the better alcohol free beers thats available.

Standard Guinness is 210 calories a pint so removing the alcohol should put it around the 80 - 90 calories mark (568ml of 4.2% abv = roughly 24ml of alcohol which = roughly 19g which is roughly 130 calories)
