It states that the free T-Shirt applies to pre-orders only but the confirmation email I have seems to suggest it's still valid.

T-shirt says "pre-orders only", pretty sure this has been out for a while as I have it lol

As I mentioned above :). Still a pretty good deal for the game and the golden controller I think, even if the T-shirt doesn't turn up.

ah your post must have gone live as I was writing mine. Hopefully it turns up then. I got mine for £29.99 in the Amazon Black Friday deal.

I dont get why this is going cold, it retails for £50 and the Play £29.99 deal didnt last very long.

on the basis that the play.com order was only on for a short period, I think this is a pretty good deal, have some heat..

This is great! Good find, and for once I'm here in time to catch it.

nice price, how limited exactly do u reckon these are? Was gonna wait and hope to get it for about 25

I'd imagine there will still be some around well into the new year. This isn't like multiplatform MW2 with NV goggles, this edition is only available for the Wii. The demand isn't anywhere near as big simply due to the smaller userbase (compared to PC + PS3 + X360 userbase).

Ordered thanks

Seems like they've raised the price to 34.99

Yeah. It's still a good price at £35, but the £33 has expired.

the amazon black friday deal had a few going for £29.99,,,but this is a great deal too! is it worth getting the controller for this game? i figured it would be more fun with the wii mote & nunchuck

Don't buy this if you are expecting to re live the joys of goldeneye N64.

It's nothing like it at all. All the good stuff from the original is missing. Music is generic, and the sound fx and menu system has none of the charm of the n64 game.

Control setup is restricted so you can't set it up to play like the N64. The special edition comes with a controller - but it's NOT an N64 controller! It's like a gamecube controller - but goldeneye was never on the gamecube?!?!

It's OK (not great) as a bog standard FPS. Nowhere near MOH or Halo of course, but for the wii, it's... ok. I would wait for the 9.99 tradein bins after xmas.

I didnt know the original n64 (or what) version, but I truly enjoy this game.

Why would this come with an N64 controller? Do N64 controllers work on the Wii now....?

I assume he means an N64 layout. I agree, this game is very disappointing. I think as there aren't too many good shooters on the wii this game has scored high by default.

The reason this was reviewed high is because it was designed to be played on the wii, not just a port. Reduced from the 360/ps3 (C.O.D black ops for example) I know it plays well like a free roaming version of a Dead Space extraction also for the wii

OP, please update price as misleading/wrong.
