Who wants to rent movies when you can download it for free

People who think supporting the industry is important, so we get more new movies?
Great idea! Lets just all download for free!

Hang on a sec...why has everyone stopped making films?!?

The silly people who wanna follow the law... Or don't know how. Either way as someone who does know how to download for free, 50p may be cheap enough to convince me not to do so

I'm pretty sure it won't hurt Google slightest bit, the way I see it, if it's available on the net, why not. Right

You post deals for legitimate versions of computer games, but everyone should download movies for free. Who are you kidding?

Oh it definitely won't hurt Google. But will certainly hurt movie production companies. And wrong. How would you feel if people just stole your work without compensating you?

My account offers me £1.49 per rental. Hot for those who are eligible for 50p rentals though
Cold, it's like Chevvy Chase apartheid.
£1.49 for me

mine says 99p
Mine is 99p too
50p is new to me. I got a £1.49 movie rental offer. Heat added, great for those who can get it for 50p
Edited by: "andrewworrall1" 26th Dec 2019
It wasn't under my rewards, but was available when viewing the movies section. Rented one for 50p and another for 99p, all paid for from opinion rewards. Merry Christmas to me!

What make you think I'm stealing, it's called sharing there's a big difference there mate

It's not sharing. It's making unauthorised copies. It can only realistically be classified as sharing if there is only one copy of the media (as in sharing physical media). Thereby ensuring that only one person can utilise said media at any given time. That is sharing. Downloading copies from the Internet is not. You Sir, are deluded. There IS a big difference, but you seem unable or unwilling to see it.
Has anyone got this offer who did the YouTube subscription via India? (My Google play offers ceased around that time)

50p for me, is it any movie rental or some titles only? I'm going to rent CJ7 for my daughter as couldn't find it when wanted to show her.
One last question can I stream it on TV if I rent from Google?

This is going to happen no matter what people's opinions are. If its out there n available to download and be watched then people are going to do that. This is the UK, n love a freebie! Quote me if I'm wrong!

Deal not available to me but 🔥 for posting OP
Crippled media, far less useful than what's freely available, as per previous commenters.
I'd pay for it if what's free wasn't far better.

Thanks for confirming. I was starting to get paranoid we'd been excluded from offers!

It's funny that people are shooting you down for this.

I'm sure if the film industry wanted, they could share the wealth more then just constantly giving the biggest names all the millions of £££'s. Film industry isn't struggling like people suggest. And they should protect their product better if you do not want it pirated. Haven't bought a film since I was little, though tbf I don't watch very many.

Yeah and they acting like they are so righteous people I'm pretty sure they done it themselves in the past and they haven't got the guts to admit it.
Nothing for me
Why do I not get this?
Seven google accounts. Nothing on any of them. That’s why mum shops at Itunes
£1.49 for me but still pretty decent. Voted hot
