Most name brand tools are made in China or other Asian countries these days, there are a few exceptions like Kress and Sparky, probably Metabo too.

If you know of any similar kits, please post them.

Still the best drills on the market. Use one and you'll see.
Bought this drill along with impact driver in a set over a year ago, toolstation deal for £250. Beast of a drill, loads of power on tap, especially in hammer mode. Poor old SDS drill wonders why it never comes out of its box!
Awesome deal thanks op.

I'm off to get one now.

Metabo - just a few tools are still made in Germany. Fein, Festool and Mafell - Germany as far as I know.
Milwaukees chucks gets easily damaged, this is what I've been told by a bunch of guys that were using them for the last couple of years... these guys were rough as they come though

My Milwaukee M18 Fuel drill and impact driver are made in Germany. Had over two years and still not missed a beat. Spent a weekend leveling a floor - 11 new joists and a reboard on a 15x15 room on a single charge too (5.0Ah batteries)
