New period drama The Crown, starring Claire Foy and Matt Smith, launches this Friday 4th November on Netflix – and you can watch it on Radio Times thanks to a special gift offer with this week's issue.

It’s easy to claim – no payment required, no card details taken, and it works if you're an existing Netflix subscriber too.

The printed edition of the Radio Times contains a unique code rather than a generic code that anyone can use.

Heat from me.

Good deal, and if your super tight go halfies with a mate and you can both share an account lol.
Just started watching Stranger Things, its a Netflix exclusive and really enjoying it so thought I'd recommend one to add to the list if many.

Good spot Op, do you know or anyone know if it's OK to add this to the 1 months free trial and also where to get the Netflix voucher cards so I don't have to give bank card details? cheers

You can buy Netflix gift cards in most larger supermarkets, but GAME also have them as well. You can always pay with PayPal if you don't want to give out bank details.

Wouldn't mind Netflix free for a month but don't need radio times any other way

Has anyone got the details, I would have thought you dont actually have to buy it

Is this a generic code?

PayPal is as bad as giving card details. I had a quarrel with paypal long time ago where they would not stop payments to a rogue subscription service. I threatened to cancel my PayPal account completely, only then they stopped the payments to something I did not want but was being billed and there was no time contract etc

Looks good

Will this work if you have the 4K plan?

Go to Google Play store. download the Radio Times app. start a free 30 day sub and get the current issue and last issue FREE.

Cancel the free trial. job done.

How do you find free code? On digital platform??

That's what I was thinking

Is the code printed in a leaflet inside?

Thanks

So you'll basically steal it from the poor sap who buys the magazine after you've pilfered it?

I was a bit worried this would happen when I'd bought mine! Code worked fine though

Pretty good, rang the old man as he gets it delivered and £7.49 off next months sub. Nice.

Just bought magazine. Last time I bought the radio times was about Christmas 2000.

Unique codes on inside cover. Added to my existing subscription and under account details, it says £7.49 credit will be applied to my next bill.

Is it sealed?

Is this the 1, 2 or 4 screen version of Netflix?

Based on W1zz's post a couple up. He's been credited £7.49 which is 2 screens + HD

Has anyone tried to see if it's stackable?

Bought one copy. The code is just inside the front cover. The magazine is not sealed so you could pinch it if that is your sort of thing. Anyone bought multiple magazines and been able to use the codes on one Netflix account??

Yep, I was wondering whether it's stackable too?

Who's going to be brave enough to try ?

Thanks for this - I subscribe to the RT, and I'd totally overlooked this in today's issue.

does the £2.30 refer to the cost of the RT? is it still a weekly? Jeez, last time we bought the RT we used to get the TVT too, about 65p each.
we still buy the Christmas RT or TVT but even then I thought it was only £2 last year. I must be getting old, or tight, or miserable. definitely 2, maybe all 3. oO

So am I right in thinking that each code can only be used once?

Ok, I've bit the bullet and bought a 2nd copy. Applied the code and yes they appear stack able.

My Netflix account now showing £14.98 in credit.

Bought a couple more copies this morning, credit applied. That's it for me now. If they take the credit away, worse case senario is I've bought a copy of Radio Times.
