Do I have to take my wife or can I just go on my own, eat the two dinners and have a little peace and quiet

Another deal perfect for one night stands!
Blackpool is the best one. Outdoor heated pool. Chester St Davids we stay at regularly. Ask for room 314. It's bigger than a normal double room and there is only one of them that big.
Anyone stayed in Cardiff?
Cardiff is nice. Train station nearby to get into the city. But very very noisy if there is an event on!
Thanks op. Will take missus to Chester for the day.

And an STD
The food at Village Hotels is dire. I have stayed at several and eaten at a few (hoping the food would get better each time!) but no, it was still awful!

Do you think it's much hassle getting into Cardiff & back. Have booked but didn't realise how far out it was..would like to go few drinks in the night .
Regular buses into Cardiff just outside hotel entrance and close enough to town for cheap taxi
Cant seem to find information on the differences between the standard & club room? Worth an upgrade?
Was going to book but no way to proceed once I'd picked a date.

Club rooms have gym access.
