Thought this was great value for the price & would make a fab last minute Christmas gift or just treat yourself to beat the post festive blues!

Had a quick look at independent review sites & the Inn has excellent reviews at all of them!

  • Full English breakfast, for two
  • A 3-course seasonal menu dinner each (worth £35 per person) or £25 per person to spend on the à la carte menu
  • A glass of prosecco on arrival (worth £6.95 per person)

When You Can Go

Tue-Sat until 30 Apr, 2018 (excluding 1-9 January, 2018)

I live 2 mins away from here . If people think its close to the main tourist attractions in the lakes , it isnt . Not great roads and not alot near it . Still loads of beautiful countryside all around through. Great price aswell .
Booked! Thanks.

cmon dude Talking Tarn is just down the road, so is Lanercost priory and there are a few Roman tourist sites within half an hours drive
Nearest lake is Bassenthwaite* which is about an hour away but the north end of the Pennines has some amazing places to see and view only about 40mins away, it's not all about the lakes ya know.

*actually the north end of Ullswater might be a bit quicker to get to...
