I don't usually post short breaks at this price but I have friends that visited using a similar groupon offer last year & they said it was gorgeous, the rooms were amazing & the food divine, so thought it worth sharing now the offer is back on.
If you're looking for a great gift for your other half, you can't go far wrong with this!

The hotel has excellent reviews at both Groupon & independent review sites

Option 1: valid 1 Jan-31 Mar 2018 - £115 per couple (£67.50pp)

Stay for two in a classic double ensuite room with full English breakfast, one bottle of Prosecco and a four-course tasting menu dinner in the hotel’s AA Rosette-awarded restaurant + late check-out (by 1pm)

Rooms include; King-size beds, complimentary Wi-fi, monsoon showers, under-floor heating, coffee makers and Egyptian cotton towels. There’s also an LCD TV, DVD player and complimentary DVD hire for evening entertainment. More info on Rooms

The Marquis at Alkham is a 200-year-old former village inn that has been converted into a fine dining restaurant with luxury boutique rooms near Folkestone following a £1.5 million renovation in 2008. The building has been stripped back to its original brickwork, extended, refurbished, and furnished to provide a luxury contemporary style and elegance in a rural setting.

A short walk away sits the hotel’s very own vineyard, which is open for guests to take a stroll around.

It's not the same offer, this one includes the bottle of prosecco + Late check-out & is valid until end of March whereas the wowcher one does not have the bottle of prosecco or late check-out & has lots of excluded dates eg
  • Valid for stays until 28th Feb 2018

4 courses is hardly a "tasting menu".

Where does £67.50pp come from? Surely it is £57.50pp at £115 per couple?
