Usually a decent price for what appear to be decent batteries Plus £1 off has to be HOT vote from me.

Good prices

Great find. I've been thinking of ordering for a few weeks, but the extra £1 off made my mind up. Thanks for posting.

I bought these several times from 7-dayshop. A lot of power for immediate use after charge. Consider the "Ready-toGo" batteries when you need to store them longer after charge. Although they have lower amp, they last for ages and don't discharge when stored.

great batteries & price.

I agree. These are the future for batteries and take away the
last excuse against rechargeables, that they drain too quickly.
7 Day Shop are the tops for batteries and this is a great price.

Agreed., and I would go further and say that there are few situations where the standard type will suit better than the Ready 2 Go ones, so most people will get on far better with them.
The 7dayshop on Marketplace is currently the best place for these (odd that they should be cheaper on Amazon than on their own site!?

2nd that question...

Also what is the deal with chargers, I have one of ]THESE as well as a Uniross RC101159 anyone have any idea if these will be OK and ideas of charging time, sorry for so many questions.

anyone know if this is good with xbox 360 controller battery pack? Usually when it has plastic wrappings I have to remove the plastic so it more easily fits it when removing them again for charging.

So I usually just end up buying energizer ones because it is printed on the battery itself with no plastic.

Yeah, this one would be perfectly fine. Charging current is 280mA for AA, so it would take roughly 10 hours to charge 2800mAh batteries.

Think they are called "Good 2 Go" not ready to go and come pre charged. As others have said they hold their charge. For those who wont use them very often expect these would be a better option.

Use mine in Xbox controllers.

i bought ]this charger when i got some of the good to go batteries and it seems to work well, takes loads of diff type of batts. The ]Good to Go are 7dayshop's own brand ready to go. The OP batteries are basic rechargeable if im not mistaken...

great stuff - shall order the 2900 for the camera - can someone point me to a quality - fast charger please???

much love

Terry Tibbs

Thanks, heat and rep given to both parties. Purchased from both choices

Just purchased some of the good 2 go ones... any recommendations of a good quality intelligent charger to use with them?

How do I get these for £1?

Thanks aszu, just placed an order for 8 of the "good to go's" as they will come in handy for my radio scanner that sometimes its in the drawer for ages without getting any use.

Last time the Good to Go ones were listed here a few people recommended ]this charger which I ended up buying. You can discharge the batteries before charging and it holds several different battery types (not at the same time tho).

I got one of these ]http//ww…064

They are just the standard type, NOT low self discharge.

Fast isn't such a big deal, as to whether or not it damages batteries is another issue.
I would stick with the suggestion that the previous poster made.

As the Good to go type batteries keep their charge, you charge them when you change them, and are not constantly hanging around waiting for batteries to charge when you want to use them!

How do I get these for £1?

The Amazon "Good to Go" batteries work out to be £1 per battery.

Ebay have the Uniross ones for less than £1 per battery, BUT their mAH are lower. Does it make any difference? I'll mainly use these for electrical devices like Wii Remotes, or Digital Cameras.

That's the same charger i'm going to get, comes well recommended.

The 7days AA's are better than the energizer in my experience, they hold their charge longer.

Thanks. Just ordered 2 packs of the 2900 NiMH AAs as my digital camera uses 4 at a time. Great price.

hot price

Cheers OP

ordered after reading good feedback from others. thanks op

As soon as I buy them for full price they are reduced...typical!

One reviewer of the 2900mAh AA batteries on Amazon said that they were wider than normal AA batteries. Is he correct?? Sounds a bit odd to me.
