Its 7 wood drills, they are not easy to sharpen, thus not for professionals, but good for occasional home use.

Surely for 24 pence more you would prefer brand new ones , as opposed to used “like new”

Won't an impact driver be like using a hammer drill on wood?

No, hammer drill, like sds, have back and forth motion along the chuck. It does help tearing through the wood fibre but wont make it much faster and can still get stuck easily and hurt your wrist.
Impact driver on the other hand have hammer action perpendicular to the bit to help turn it when maximum torque is reached instead of twisting your wrist. Also these bits grab to the wood, making driving it very easily.
Finally, a hammer drill with similar torque as an impact driver will be significantly heavier.

I can’t get on with these. The spiral tip is weird. Prefer the spur tip as you say.

Also I’ve found these bind too quickly and solidly (I know that that’s the reason for their design and it sounds like I’m missing the point) to the material so that it’s easier for the drill to torque out of your hands. I wouldn’t recommend them over a regular spade bit and regret my purchase tbh.

These are very good when using with impact driver due to the hex shank. No strain on the wrist, never torque out of your hand. They are ideal when drilling hole on joist to chase cable, conduit, or joining two joist using bolts. It take seconds to go through a 2x4. Extremely useful in thick hard wood. I wish they make even bigger size so i can avoid using hole cutter when chasing 40-50mm waste pipe.

Thanks for posting @sharpiesharpie we have added this to the Highlights section
These bits are brilliant, far quicker than standard bits and they do give a nice clean hole on the break out.
You also need a decent powerful . drill to get the maximum performance. How anyone can prefer standard spade bits to these are beyond me.
Side by side these will destroy stand spade bits.
Diabolo nail killers are coming soon as well.

Good old Bosch Professional range
Purchased these from screwfix as I needed to drill 10 holes in some sleepers for spotlights. I thought they were great. Used a combi drill on the slow speed setting and they drilled a lovely clean hole with no tear out all the way through the 100mm sleepers.

No because the impact is rotational not hammering.
i needed to do 40+ holes in to 2x4 using a one of these bits. I bought one 10mm bosch and one dewalt to use in a battery operated combi drill

the bosch went through quicker, but there was more torque on my wrist, i used it about 3 times then tried the dewalt, which was only a little slower but more comfortable to use. I didn't switch back to the bosch.

I then tested a M10 bolt and realised didn't need a an interference fit, so bought a 12mm dewalt bit. bolts went throught nicely, no hammer needed.

(the 2x4 was being used as part of a clamping mechanism rather than construction.)

i'm confident the bosch would last as good quality bit.

(dont buy any cheap toolpack ones)

Amazon warehouse is terrible nowadays. They are always returns and usually returned because of a defect, and they just resell until someone can't be bothered to return.
That's been my experience on many occasions. So I don't partake anymore 🙃

They sold me a broken florescent light tube "like new" that had been clearly smashed before they sold it, as it had been taped up with Amazon warehouse tape. Tried offering me £2 back to keep it, so would have still cost me £6 for a broken lamp...

U want 6 adapters ? You do realise you only need one don't you ?
Just be aware that they could shear off if using in an impact driver, especially with the larger diameter bits.

Sharpening should be fairly easy with a diamond file.
Just been to tool station where these are £29.99

I tried your suggestion and have to say I’ve changed my mind about these. I really had not thought about using these with my impact driver and without the risk of screwing my wrist up I’m dead happy that I can use this for holes in joists.

I’ve had my eye on a brushless so I’ll keep the old impact for these types of jobs.

Brilliant tip raikatz!
