Beware though as if you have gotten these in the past sometimes they won't add the promo code to your account.

Disagree.
Tried this the last time, the received stuff is worth a few quid absolute max.
You then have £10 promo credit instead of £10.
I love a deal scrounge but amazon deserve a kick in the face for pulling this crap.

I see what you're saying but if you're buying stuff that the promotional credit applies to anyway, then you effectively get this box for free

It's "cheap" because of the rrp of each thing separate but when your going to buy fitness products anyway it's a no brainier.

Amazon did this kind of deal to health & beauty product too but there is a lot of confusion on what can be bought using the credit e.g. not all product under the category can be bought using the credit. The good news is when you got frustrated, you can refund them and often the credit stays and you might get a free product accidentally when you want to buy something then unexpectedly the credit kicks in
These sample have been a right pain, the credits don't seem to work properly, and always end up having to deal with the rep for a manual credit.

That's what I felt until I said that to amazon, got refunded, they ask me to keep the box, and get free credit kicks in and get another 2 items for free (worth £20) 😁
hmmm... not as good value as the new year new you box
Don't buy this unless you already are buying or intending to buy health and fitness stuff from Amazon anyway.
That way even if you found nothing useful (really?) then it hasn't cost you anything because you are going to buy related items from Amazon.

Heat

This is pretty straightforward!

Don't really know what there is to disagree with . Like I said I regularly buy bars or milkshake powder from Amazon so makes no difference if it's a promo code.

Kind of obvious if a promo code is useless to you not to buy this.
Protein Snickers? Hahaha. The world has gone mad.
Ordered this Thursday, received yesterday, then ordered the grenade bars I was going to get anyway for £19 (then £10 discount applied so took it down to £9) which arrived today. So basically got the stuff in the fitness sample box for free and tbh the selection is excellent!

They’re actually quite tasty haha.

The pack I got came with a protein Milky Way
Can't order as purchased not long ago. Limited to one per account error

Way better samples this time than the last two. The first one came with 8 different whey/bcaa samples, most of which were rubbish.

The guy above is right though, it's all processed rubbish, you don't need anything more than fluid and a banana which will help you more than any of this stuff albeit a banana everyday is boring

Lots of protein in a banana I hear.

Porridge good as well, but I only bother with that for a really long run......in summer if really hot might plonk one of those electrolyte pills in water before I go.

The Human body can withstand a lot more than these marketing folks want us to believe. Tbh most of the time I just go out the door without anything!

If you have the muscle mass of a 5 year old your right.

you actually need a protein in your diet to be able to build and repair muscle, supplements like this are great if used to supplement a healthy diet. Saying all you need is a banana and water is complete rubbish.
Thanks heat

A banana & water is all you need to go on a run. You can eat a balanced diet around that.

Given I have been running 15 years, never injured, average pace of 7.5
33107207.jpg min miles and have the muscle mass of a normal adult, I think I'm experienced enough to speak on what is needed when out on a run.

I'm talking specifically around running < 10 miles & not other Sports , you maybe right on them. If you're loading up on this rubbish running, you're fooling yourself.

Bananna, water and good meals around it, and that is all you need. If you want some protein far better options than this processed trash....

I tend to agree but now & again amazon offer whey protein powder at discountclearance prices close to around £5 per kilo so if you prefer to add protein to your diet via this method then its good value IMO

However unless you are a committed bodybuilder I can see why you'd think these types of supplements are a waste of time

You say you've never been injured but I suspect with all that running you may pay for it as you get older as running puts a lot of stress on the body

That's true man, and it's why I mentioned running as appreciate I don't really know about other sports, but I know friends into bodybuilding who load up.on protein.

I.think this is a good deal was just more making the point that marketing folks really do try & convince runners they need loads of this stuff when in reality you don't.

Also I hear you on long term injury of running, big stress on knees. I try and balance best I can, hence why I keep weekly runs in range of 25 - 30 miles overall, and wear nothing but stability runners. Probably going to switch to cycling in next 5 years ....my Dad's knees are knackered from running, mind you he did wear Dunlop greenflash & run marathons my mum says lol
Had one of these...totally rubbish plus you have to spend £10 on sports products I don’t go for the main stream stuff which is what they want you to buy so trust me it’s not as easy as it looks.
Thanks. Ordered.
absolute debate here

It's moreso for mass gaining/bodybuilding than for running.
Didn’t need this. Won’t use it. Bought. Heat added

Yup, im sure decent enough for right Sports, but is there not healthier natural options than processed rubbish?
What about all the studies linking high protein diets to shortened life expectancy?

Unless you're on proper regime for bulking up, there's really no point with this stuff
Where does it say you get £10 on the Amazon website for this?

I believe you but just want to see.

Did you think the Milky Way was nice? I didn't think it tasted anything like a Milky Way and there wasn't any chocolate.

All of the bars I've had so far have tasted pretty non descript.
