Promotion Details

From Tuesday 16th July 2019, when you purchase any eligible smartphone you can claim an EE Flex sim card for no extra cost. Plus, receive a £10 Amazon Voucher from EE when you purchase an eligible smartphone and activate (top up your first payment) an EE Flex Amazon Exclusive Sim Card.

To receive your £10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card from EE simply pop your EE Flex SIM into your any smartphone and follow the set up instructions. Once you have completed this and your service is active, EE will send you an e-code via SMS within 5 working days for you to redeem on Amazon.co.uk. This offer is provided by EE (the "Offer"). This offer ends at 23:59 on Thursday, 31st October 2019.

The offer only applies to items sold by Amazon at the website www.amazon.co.uk. The offer does not apply to purchases made from Amazon's Warehouse Deals or from third-party sellers on Amazon Marketplace, even if "fulfilled by Amazon" or "Prime Eligible".

Postage and packing will be applied to each item in accordance with Amazon's standard delivery rates and policies or the participating third-party seller's standard delivery rates and policies, as applicable.

Each customer can claim up to a maximum of one offer.
The offer only applies if the same delivery speed is selected for all Qualifying Items and Promotional Items, as applicable. Please check the "Delivery Details" section during checkout to confirm that all Qualifying Items and Promotional Items have the same delivery speed.

Unless otherwise specified on the landing page of the relevant promotion, the offer may not be used on pre-existing orders or in conjunction with any other offer.
If the offer is subject to a Minimum Purchase requirement:
(i) if you remove Qualifying Items from your Basket, so that the combined purchase value of the remaining Qualifying Items at checkout falls below the Minimum Purchase requirement, the offer will cease to apply;

(ii) if you cancel your order for a Qualifying Item (so that the combined purchase value of the remaining Qualifying Items falls below the Minimum Purchase requirement) or a Promotional Item, the offer will cease to apply; and

(iii) if you return a Qualifying Item (so that the combined purchase value of the Qualifying Items you retain falls below the Minimum Purchase requirement) or a Promotional Item, Amazon reserves the right to charge you (using the payment method you used for the original order and without further notice) for the discount or the Promotional Item you received as part of the offer.

The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice. The offer has no cash alternative.
Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.
Amazon's Conditions of Use & Sale apply.

It's not free.

"Receive a £10 Amazon Voucher from EE when you purchased an eligible smartphone and activate (top up your first payment) an EE Flex Amazon Exclusive Sim Card."

In order to activate the SIM you have to top up at least £10. You're essentially just paying £10 to get a £10 Amazon voucher and a SIM with 1 month of allowances. Also EE Flex is like a 1 month rolling contract so you have to stop the plan afterwards otherwise it will take another £10 off next month.

I have already put that and said IF anyone is already buying..

It is free, SIM arrived this morning, topped up as normal, so it's £10 worth of top up, that anyone would top up or more to use a sim anyway, SIM was activated and just waiting on the £10 free Amazon voucher, worth £10, once the SMS/email comes with the code, it will be canceled and / or if the person wants to, carry on using it

5 mins to get £10 and a cheap phone buying anyway, not hard work is it!
Which other phones are eligible, I've had enough of Maxcum

Here's a deal in November< specifically for an earlier instance of the same promotion and deals in December< and February< which mention it in their descriptions. None of them said it's free and neither do Amazon themselves yet you've said it in your title, description and 2 comments. IF people are buying AND spend £10 on the SIM, they get £10 Amazon voucher. That is not "free £10 for free".

No idea what on earth you are saying it is not free... it is free!

You CANNOT get the FREE £10 Amazon Voucher UNLESS you top up the sim card, as anybody else on the planet who has to top up a sim card would, unless you have a magic sim card that clearly states you do not have to top it up as you are so unique...

This deal is for ANYONE that is or was or might be buying a c.rappy cheap chuck away phone OR in fact any phone that has the offer on it, of which there are loads, you are picking out an instance of wording, that reflects that the person that gets the sim and activates it, will NOT get the £10 Amazon Voucher FREE sent by sms or email, after the FIRST £10 topup, which they will, so you can just cancel it, keep the FREE £10 and use the £10 airtime, that you would have had to buy anyway, which you have to do on any PAYG sim card in the UK!

I have already confirmed yesterday with ACS, that this is the case, so as I said, without the need to pick holes in a deal as you clearly have the time to do so, it is FREE and you cannot get it FREE anywhere else, as it is an Amazon exclusive with EE!

Hence it's £10 voucher when you spend £10 on the SIM, not "free £10 for free".

It isn't a compulsory SIM that "you would have had to buy anyway". It's an optional monthly allowance based SIM which upon choosing a plan and setting up monthly payments, will result in a £10 Amazon voucher. That's why I said "You're essentially just paying £10 to get a £10 Amazon voucher and a SIM with 1 month of allowances."

This is the link they provide on the leaflet that the SIM is in: ee-amazonoffers.com/

You stated "free" numerous times yet until I pointed it out in my initial comment, there was no mention of the required amount or that people would be setting up a recurring payment that needs to be cancelled.
