And when they go bust ?
I've been constantly lied to about my refund for a hotel booking I cancelled during the free cancellation period.
Different reasons for my refund not being issued to me. Just lie after lie.

How they have got a atol license I have no idea.

This is the coldest deal I have seen on here in months.

Best thing to do is get on to your card company. I got a full refund from lastmin within a week of doing so. They kept trying to fob me off.

They have logged it at the bank and have asked me to give them a little more time.

I do hope they go bust as soon as possible.

Yeah I do as I have another holiday booked with them for the end of August, and with things the way they current are. I don't really wanna go. Just won't my money back from that one to.

Finally got my money back from a cancelled holiday during Easter. Took a while but got there in the end. Their customer services are difficult to deal with. Offer no help at all. They actually took £30 fee for the cancellation. Will never use them again. Thiefs. Scam artists. Idiots.

As mine were flights this was taking long with my card company, they were also being difficult asking question after question, via paper (slow) mail. So was glad I got my money back from lastminute, albeit the £30 charge they kept.

Flights got cancelled, it was to Cyprus, which closed their border and wizzair stopped flying there. I'm sure wizzair fully refunded them, they just took the £30 as a charge.

Honestly get on to them, they are not allowed to take that £30 fee unless you were the one who cancelled. They are the ones who cancelled with you. So it's their problem not yours. Don't let them get away with it. That's what they are hoping people will just say o it's only 30 quid, and just think how many millions of £ they will scrap back from doing that. That's very cheeky.
I bought a £450 voucher from them during their Valentines offer. I then booked a £500 flight with this voucher. The return leg got cancelled. I have been told I will get a part refund but they don't know when or how much it will be. Now, it has been 4 months.
Luckily, I bought this voucher using AMEX.

Can I do a chargeback?
