Yes. Hit "Get Deal" ^

I'm still waiting on the Zalando bonus from beginning of November - purchase still hasn't been confirmed yet

I do need some printer ink, however ... I might take a punt if HP is a similar price to elsewhere

I've opted in for a few things in the past and they've never acknowledged the £10 cashback. Is there a waiting period to get this?

The bonus only gets paid when the cashback moves to confirmed, how often do people need to be told this?

Hey all,

Just some clarification regarding the HP, Currys, AO.com or Dell bonus.

Following any succesful opt-ins into the bonus, the bonus amount will be added in within 3 days of your qualifying cashback reaching ‘confirmed’ status (That is when a cashback is processed and made available for payment).

If the bonus is not added into the account after the qualifying purchase's cashback is made available for payment, do get in touch with our customer support team who will be more than happy to help with that.

Moreover, if you do have any other bonus queries in regard to previous bonuses not received, don't hesitate to do the same and the lovely folks on the support team will do their best to get those sorted for you.

I hope this helps.

When quidco start confirming AND paying cashback after a reasonable amount of time without the need for customers to chase them up via email multiple times. The fact you have to be "premium" to contact them on livechat or phone tells you all you need to know about this scummy company.

+1 . My one of cash back declined recently containing bonus.

Neither the book people or M&S £10 bonus cashback offers even tracked, it seems like a con to me.

doesnt work, so cold

Did one of these with Book People recently (spend £25, get £10 Quidco cashback).

Didn't get the cashback.

Nobody else seems to have got it either.

So... yeah.

So this is invitation-only, and those eligible for the bonus will have had an email from Quidco about it.

They haven't paid out for me for the last few times they've done this

Have you uploaded a photo of you wearing odd socks to customer services..one red -on the left foot, and one with a paisley pattern on the right, as power the trends and conditions printed (very small, ok minutely). Alternatively You can send 20 emails to Quidco support, where they will be printed off and used as toilet paper. Sorry Joseph, but you're on a loser here. I don't know anyone who has not had issues with tracking or payment of these 'special offers'.

Certainly not defending Quidco, had a few items not tracking or cashback declined, but how many people on these threads is it going to take saying exactly the same thing before the penny actually drops......

The cashback is not added to the tracked item until after 'confirmed' status. There is no point whinging and whining until thus time has arisen and you have cause to complain.

Now seeing these £10 cashbacks are pretty new, can anyone hold their hand up and say their existing tracked item from a corresponding existing deal has gained confirmed status and the £10 has not been applied? If so then grumble in these threads and state as such, otherwise you are doing yourselves no favours complaining.

Another bright spark I see....guess what during the same time frame I bought (as did my wife) items from WHSmith, and surprisingly the £10 has not been applied, guess why I am not whinging....read my comment #20 (_;)

Here is my tracked item, I for one will wait until it has been confirmed, and 3 days have passed, as per the terms and conditions...check your account and do the same (_;)

just spent £400 at Currys too

Not worth going through quidco ,sick of them promising cashback then getting declined.last item i bought was a washing machine 10%cashback it said on that day been declined twice.whats the point.

Quidco offering another non-existent deal to prop up their January merchant bank account

Don't feel sad, you wouldn't have got the £10 from Quidco anyway, these deals are all about you Clicking the Bait, then Quidco hoping you forget several months down the line. They will pocket the cashback from the merchant and you will see Nil, Nadda, Nothing

Explain yourself clearly...did they track at the normal rate or did they not track at all? My WhSmith one during the same promotion has tracked just fine, and I am not expecting the 'bonus' until 3 days after the retailer has confirmed as per the terms and conditions.

yep, they are hopeless these days. i bought a sim from vodafone via quidco and quidco advised my 5 months later it had been declined by Vodafone as they had paid it to another referer - likely story. i contacted Vodafone direct and they paid me after a bit of hassle. i used to do quidco alot, £00's in cashback over the past 3 years but i dount i will bother now, useless

Read that Quidco got rapped on the knuckles and backside by the ASA for the stunt (misleading advert) they pulled over Xmas with the £25 ex VAT spend thingy. So with tails between their legs, they have now gone up to £50 spend excluding delivery.

I went for the same deal. I just checked my Book People order and my quidco has tracked, estimated payment is set at 24th January. Didn't you need to spend £25 plus VAT, so a total of £27.50 to get the £10 cashback offer?

I did the "£10 cashback offer" when it was spend £50+ at argos
That was November and still waiting
Not going to bother using quidco again

I did the Nike offer back in November when they offered a £10 bonus which tracked fine, was confirmed before Xmas at which point the £10 bonus showed and then as has been stated 3 days later the bonus was available to withdraw. Yes cashback can be a pain to track and I've had to submit claims in the past but I find TCB just as frustrating for that, can't see how they can keep justifying these bonuses but I've had a good experience so far and if I needed something from one of these retailers I wouldn't hesitate. Heat from me!

Lets be honest here. Quidco are giving you free money for things you were going to buy.

If you need to contact a physical person to get involved they've got to pay those people. Either they can give people **** cashback rates and use that money to fund the staff, or they can offer higher cashback rates and let you decide if you'd like to opt for a premium service or not.

I'd take the higher rates and optional premium service any time. And don't forget you don't have to pay upfront, it comes out of your cashback.

As for confirmation times, this is completely out of their control and solely down to the retailer involved. Ditto any issues you have with your claims.

Seriously the amount of people on HUKD who jump the gun and point the finger to criticise anything before actually consuming information and actually reading is beyond a joke!

No point as we are still waiting for our £10.00 argos bonus

Yeah me neither I have totally stopped using Quidco and just use TCB. Anyone know if you can pay with a gift card and still get the bonus - query from a friend?

24th September confirmed...how long do we have to wait?? Is it 3 days yet??

Had currys cashback track at wrong percentage and also wrong purchase price, a third less than I spent. Now being told to wait until confirmed, which on the last occasion took months. Hopeless, wont be using quidco again, will use top cashback from now on.

I used to get money from Quidco, then they stopped paying even though the transaction initially 'tracked' with excuses like doesn't work on IOS or your browser history wasn't cleared etc. I could understand if the transaction hadn't initially tracked but suspicious when it does and doesn't proceed to payout.

So it might take a year. I wouldn't bother with these types of "offers". So many transactions are rejected without good reason.
