So if you've already used the first free parcel code then you're b*ggered.

It's based on the collection address. So you may as well just use the 'free' £10 voucher again if you are going to create a new account rather than pay £2.50 for it.

Best to use different addresses with different accounts as well

Would never use Parcel2Go again.
Bought a photocopier which had broken/shattered the glass on arrival. P2G advised glass was in their 'restricted list" and refused to pay compensation even though photocopiers are not restricted items and I paid additional insurance!
.
However, once the paperwork dropped through their door from the small claim court, they settled immediately.

Caveat emptor....

the £10 "free" has disappeared from their website now...

I entered my code, then before I checked out went to change courier, the code disappeared and said my code had been used. the website staff were useless and couldn't reactive the code or refund me. so just ended up losing £2.50 and finding a site I will never use again

Just had the worst experience with them this past week. Would never use this company again

And it hasn't ended there they constantly spam your email avoid this company at all cost.

I tried to use them a couple of weeks ago, tried to change my email address tied to the account and was told it was impossible! I had to setup another account instead - in the end I didn't bother

There are so many bad reviews on this company on the net and even on hotuk m.hotukdeals.com/mis…rue

I personally had nightmare experience with this bunch. I wouldn't use them even if it was free.

My parcel was lost and they still refused to payout eventhough I had paid extra for insurance.

I would never use parcels2go again happy to take your money . even when you pay extra compensation when it goes wrong parcel2go are by far the worst . hang you up . don't sort anything . you lose alround . I will recomend you never use this junk parcel company ever

Thanks for the warnings. I bought this offer from groupon a week or two ago but think I will 'forget' it. All courier companies seem to get a bad press though (except UPS?) so I guess it is a bit of pot luck.

It took 8 days for 24 hour delivery
