Thanks, ordered a running pack, both for £12.50 delivered.
I was running out of gels as well
Thanks op
Good price, fruit salad one is a bit ropey imo but the rest are excellent
I started road cycling a few months ago... Are these good? Worth it? I'm always a bit sceptical over things like this as I wonder whether they are a bit of a gimic.

Depends on how long you train / ride for. I don't use them unless I'm doing > 1hr. Theres plenty of forums on exercise nutrition and it's worth doing some research, in most cases they're not necessary.

Thanks. I do at least 20 miles, but like to do 30+ when I have time. I did 43 today which took me 2hrs 30mins. I feel OK when I get back and tend to make my own sports drink (cordial, two teaspoons sugar, one pinch of salt) which seems to do the job. I just wondered if these are highly rated and whether they do something specific.
Is this new customers only?

I'm endurance runner and cyclist and regularly run or cycle 100 miles non stop and don't use gels. Basically if your not running out of energy or feeling you need stop and can't go on then there not really worth it tbh

Thanks, that's pretty helpful. Without knowing anything more, I'd guess that this is supposed to give you a quick burst of carbs to burn. Not sure 20g is worth it though. Thanks again

No worries and yeah like you say they give you a quick burst of energy. They might be handy at mile 20 of a marathon for example but if your drink works, stick with that and you can always just take a cereal bar or something if needed

I'm also an endurance runner and wouldn't go over half distance without at least 2 of these handy. Everyone is different
They're also doing a different offer at SISFootball 6 "normal" gels and 6 "surge" gels with the same "free over £10" offer
Order cancelled and money refunded!
