Best Frankfurters available since Tim Curry
Heated

Before anyone starts, these taste great, and I don't care what's in them!! H&R

whats in them

Great stuff, these are perfect for pizzas.

I love these ... but they don't love me
Always make me go to the loo lol

Very good value - worth stocking up too because they freeze very well. These are the best for hotdogs and the kids love them. I too am hoping that we can avoid the typical comments from those who like to boast about their healthy eating credentials and take pleasure in listing the animal parts (and other things) that can find their way into some brands of frankfurters.

74% Pork with no traces of MRM? So what did you think was in them?

as my mate from the U.S, used to love saying hotdogs are "Lips & Ass"
..these are the best damn bovine / porcine lips & ass i've tasted

Thanks HOT DEAL! great price time to stick 10 packs in the freezer, for those who haven't tried them these have a good chew to em (a postive in hotdogs) & a pleasant light beech smoke aroma / taste.
The only hotdogs we buy!
H+R

love eating these cold just out the packet mmmm

Ewww :?

I'll have to try these, I was looking at the tinned hotdogs the other day but was put off by the mrm

These are great on the old BBQ!

I agree these are good, but Lidl's own brand (produced in Germany, the king of good 80%+ meat sausage) is regularly 99p and are lovely. They also freeze great and are lovely in pasta.

Try frying them with onions, topped off with sauerkraut! :-)

Chuck in a bun with some cheese and chilli. MMMmmm heaven!

dont knock it till u tried it!! theyre nice and firm chilled :-D

argh..i only buy these when they are a pound but yesterday i broke that rule and paid the £1.79 at sainsburys as we havent seen them on offer for a little while as youngest dd been asking recently for them.. hadnt thought about freezing them so might be tempted to pop back stock up....
dont bother with the tin ones...ewww i wouldnt even give them to the dog!

these ones are brilliant for dinging in the microwave til they pop...
*or chopped up and warmed up with the beans at breakfast
*or added to some instant noodles

though i think they are quite salty so my kids only have them in moderation...

those are 89p atm

Yup no MRM unlike the tins and jars I love these has anyone tried the chilli ones that Tesco sell?

I've tried the chilli ones that tesco sell and they are AWFUL! Couldn't even finish the one I tried.

Too much added water in Herta Frankfurters, although some are even worse.

Good stuff!

Great spot OP , heat added .
btw , the Tescos ones are awful --far too salty , will have to try Lidls--Netto's are also saline rich.

Thanks OP, loads left in Peterborough Morrisons even after I snaffled 20 packs!
