Use code NOV12 for discount. Can it be beaten? Genuinely interested to know as I need to get some. 3.15% on TCB makes it £8.90.

You can choose free delivery - the red X just means/ says it's not tracked. In fact, my shipment is by tracked DHL, as is the case with other buyers in this thread.

Alternative Eurocarparts price £10.09 (SAVE33).

That's a good price. I found it for £8.50 but delivery is £2.99. I'll order this instead. Thanks

Showing as £1.99 delivery for me with no free delivery option , red X through it

Same for me. Euro carparts do this for £10.09 using code SAVE33. They do click and collect

Good price. Bought it for £14 at Halfords a few months ago when car light came on.

£10.38 on Amazon

Try independent motor factors. I bought 10 litres for £8.50 in Bangor (NI) recently.

Go to the pump in the garage.

i use 20 litre tubs from
distribution365.co.uk/pro…wcB

but im a fairly high mileage driver and get through it, occasionally they send you discount codes too, i got my last 20Ltub for just under 16quid

Can normally get it from a Scania Truck service centre, which will have a parts dept, at around £8.50incl vat.

Nice one. Free delivery option was there, so not sure why others say it’s not. The only red X on the page for free delivery just stated that the delivery option wasn’t tracked.

The garage pumps are designed for HGV’s. This quote is from InfoDiesel website “It is not recommended to use the pumps reserved to heavy goods vehicles for your car, because the flow rate is higher and you bear the risk of damaging your car’s bodywork through splashing. Do not attempt to refill your containers with the pumps for trucks. The best option is to use the AdBlue® cans designed for private cars.“

Take an empty can to a adblue pump and see, they come out at a trickle.

I am a HGV driver and i can tell you the flow is very slow, it will not harm your pipes/paintwork/skin, it's just another tactic by the dealers and garages and motor manufacturers to get you to pay more.......heaven forbid

NEVER use the pump at the garage (few have them) - it's for trucks and you'll do expensive damage to a car. Read the handbook!

Sorry but... what is it and what do you do with it? Meant to reduce diesel emissions but you don't add it to diesel fuel itself?

Please inform yourself (try reading comments) before saying silly things.

certain vehicles (eg Audi) require it (and won't run without it) as an additive to diesel = lower emissions

edit additive as in Adblue has its own tank and the engine uses it in proportion to diesel

You don't know what you are talking about, read my post above, it's a con to get more money out of ignorant motorists who do everything they are told in handbooks and manuals......but if you want to carry on paying more for your adblue you carry on
