Thanks for this post, wouldn't have known if I hadn't seen it here.

Was already a Plusnet mobile customer on an 8GB for £10 (now £10.50 thanks to the inflationary rise) from a couple of Black Fridays ago - upgraded to 10GB for £10 so more data and a 50p saving. Also managed to do it all online by pressing a couple of Upgrade buttons, didn't need to speak to anyone. Brilliant!

Plusnet Customer Service is the worst on the planet - do NOT go here!

Been with them for over 9 years ... they have fallen down to the bottom from the top of reviews.

Do your research first.

They are all as bad as each other. My advice would be don't contact customer service if you can avoid it. That goes for all providers.
Smarty and Voxi have 30GB and unlimited for a tenner at the moment if you can work with a three and Vodafone signal. Voxi is unlimited at the moment as they have system issues so all customers get unlimited data.

Doubt that, Plusnet were fine with me, Three signal suck so bad here in London.

Great deal and ta for posting ! Was on the uswitch 9GB deal for 10 pounds since the start of December. Upgraded to this one all online through the my account portal - good stuff! I hardly ever hit my allowance but its good to have as backup plus leverage if you want to reduce your monthly spend later on.
Page not working.
I tried smarty, but unfortunately due to signal in my area, I will revert back to plusnet. I only left for more data, now the same as I got almost as smarty, but at least I will be able to get a service..

I had no issues with them. Absolutely fine when I give them a call
If is 10GB not enough you can get 15GB for £15
Not a bad deal
30 day rolling 10gb for £10, daughter on 9gb gb £10 just changed her to 10gb for £10 at no extra cost

Agree.. appalling service. Have taken them to ombudsman
Thanks. 2gb increase and a 50p reduction in bill. Awesome

I said if you can avoid it. I never have the need thankfully.
I ditched Plusnet mobile due to monthly network outages and switched to Three...
Three's customer service is really rubbish! It's worse than Plusnet mobile and this alone would make me return to Plusnet once my Three contract is up, but only if Plusnet have sorted out their all too regular network problems!
At least with Three I get WiFi calling, which is very useful.
Are the speeds fast though?

Links for the VOXI 30GB for a tenner?
I think there is not a single mobile network provider that is not the worst. Bottom line is there are all bad and its like they compete one another to see who is worse so sometimes you see company x on top and other times you dont.

Yes it is, my mistake.
Link not working
Thanks OP - my son was on 6gb per month for £10, from 30th December he gets another 4gb for the same price, just a couple of clicks as another poster said - no spending hours on the phone like you have with some other providers...!
Paying £10 for 10gb but they add vat so its £12. Will call them tomorrow to sort it out. The service is ok(ish) short outages seem to be regular - may 1-2 times in couple of weeks.

Smarty is 30 for a tenner, Voxi is officially 8 for a tenner but it’s unlimited at the moment as they can’t track how much data is being used. Been this way since August and talking to them last week they don’t know when it will be fixed check out the Voxi threads for confirmation.

I like it just the way it is

I've used 75GB/8GB this month
My wife switched from 3 to plusnet when they started mobile sims, I've joined this year. Been with 3 for about 15 years, same tariff since beginning. Then they switched my plan for no reason with a very poor offer compared with what I had in the past. Getting the pac code took me forever, listening how valuable I'm and same pretty poor offers. Gave them choice, 10GB for £10, three said no. Called plusnet, no problem with the deal, customer service were simply great compared to 3.

And price in the offer is what you pay, they are not adding VAT to it!
thanks
Cheers op, you can get 12gb if you have broadband with them too, which I happen to have! You get an extra 2gb on any tariff.
I've been with Plusnet for 2 years never had any problems with the customer service, I've asked for a better deal in the past and it was honoured.

Just got 11GB data for £10 per month all via. Few clicks on their website and done. I was on 30 day contract and now moved to a 12 month contract. I've never had any issues with Plusnet and been with them for 4 years so don't see it as a risk myself.

Where do you get voxi prices from
They don't even do a 30gb service never mind for a tenner.

That's not happening to everyone though. It's only a margin of the customers that this is happening to. Not worth the bother swapping my number over to them to swap it to another when they have fixed it.
Here is hoping I can continue my kids 12Gb for £6 with sky when it runs out in 6 weeks.
