This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

10 night break in St Lucia for £659pp with various dates available in May (sample date 14th to 24th May), which looks a good time to go with average 28 degrees weather and lowish rainfall. Dates also available for June, September, October, November if you prefer. Includes BA flights with 23kg checked luggage each, 10 nights at the well reviewed Bay Gardens hotel or Bay Gardens Inn. Thought was a decent price considering flights alone with checked baggage can cost around £500pp and the hotel accommodation booked separately is coming out at £800+ for 10 nights.

Had a quick look, taxi transfers via the Hoppa site are around £70 each way. There maybe cheaper options with a bit more investigation.
All that way to stay in a 3* hotel?
Probably have to share with stoned backpackers!

Well the accommodation gets very good reviews. If you prefer 4*/5* there are other options available although prices obviously higher.

3 STAR St Lucia, old hotel, avoid unless you just have to visit the island. Room only, a fortune to be spent on eating out. But then again you will have to deal with the less than friendly locals. There are better ways to experience the Caribbean than this.
I've visited St Lucia several times, normally to see England playing cricket.

I've stayed at Bay Gardens Inn a couple of times and it is small but very well run, but you have to go next door to the Bay Gardens Hotel for meals. The Inn and Hotel are located about 400m from the beach, and you get free use of the sun loungers at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort down the road. It's located in Rodney Bay, which has plenty of bars and restaurants for night time entertainment.

Only draw back is that Rodney Bay is in the north west of the island and the international airport (UVF) is on the southern tip, so it is about £70 ew by taxi, and 70 - 90 minutes transfer time depending on the traffic in Soufriere.

Plus no food included, for that reason I am out.
Eating out will be expensive and I found the locals a pretty unfriendly lot ... Thanks OP anyway.
Thinking to do a 7 day cruise with tui. About £1k all in flights cabin all inclusive etc in the Caribbean.

Anyone have a thought on it?
I been having a good look at the BA offer. Fancied St Lucia but just did not hit the spot. Barbados want a £200 tourist Visa for my non EU wife.

Booked Mexico all inclusive visa free. Just got to watch out for seaweed apparently.
Went to St Lucia last year and fell in love with the island, stayed at Serenity and I couldn't recommend them enough. Word of advise, after you land and get your luggage don't let the many men offering to take your luggage for you,(they will just grab your bags, put them all on a trolley and ask you to follow them) they make it out as if you have a big walk to get outside and it is only about 10 meters walk past the passport control just on the other side of the blacked out doors. The will still want a tip for the 10m walk and most of the guys were also taxi drivers so will lead you towards their cars.

Highly recommended the sunset catamaran tour of the island and we also had a private car tour that will take you to all the best places, everything is pre paid, the driver looks after you, will take photos and vids at the sulphur rivers and waterfalls, no waiting to get in and it stops everyone trying to sell you tat.

There is an old chap who is a guide at the botanical gardens, his name is "Google" as he knows so much about the gardens. He asks for a donation the amount is your choice but it is worth it.

Hope this help.
