Toys are us are shutting down so don't know if they will honour return s …Toys are us are shutting down so don't know if they will honour return s or still be there

As usual you spout in accurate information.
They are closing some store. They are however in trouble and could go to the wall any time soon. For now there should be no problems with returns.
At the same time, ideally people should only buy what they need not why they can get cheap. In turn reducing why they need to return after buyers remorse.

So this is their "Turnaround Plan" announced this morning to hopefully avoid going bust .

So is it a "panic" sale (to get some cash in ) or admission they were setting their prices too high in the first place ? Top tip - Don't buy Toys r Us giftcards (if they are included in this deal ) . Just checked , you can't use it to buy a gift card - Not that you would want to of course

Very nice t&c says differently
The one thing Toys r Us overlooked was how closing so many stores would impact on click and collect, my nearest store being easily a £10 fuel round trip, now they will have to rely even more on online sales and compete with the likes of Amazon every time they have a promotion who are matching a lot of their prices right now like 60141 police station £49.99.
The smart thing to have done was to make the loss making stores much smaller (some of them were huge) and pushed instore promotions to the max.

Pretty sure that is what they wanted to do but landlords and mortgage companies don't seem to like giving up a good thing

Future may well be click and collect warehouses. Used my multiple shops. Currently local shops but not sustainable.

No longer works on Nintendo Labo. Shame as I was really tempted at that price.
