Get yourself to Frankie and Benny's. Makes Jamie's Italian fit for a king.
We don't have a Jamie's local, not that I would go in there if we did.
Horrendous person, place, food, etc etc.

No
Honestly they are so so bad, the food and service is better in Wetherspoons. Please don’t waste your money.
Where are you lot going?? I went to Jamie’s in Manc at weekend and used this offer. It was lush! We got the prawn linguini. Really good service, and the place is to die for, it’s the ground floor of the Gotham hotel.

The Birthday treat is a bottle of Jamie's prosecco, which is rather good, and sometimes they also offer a 'Birthday brownie' with caramel ice cream - it's delicious!
I've eaten quite a few times at Jamie's Liverpool restaurant and usually enjoyed the visit and meal.
Last time, I had a problem with my main (thick end of fish portion was raw inside). Had a quiet word with staff who took it away and person in charge came over to apologise. He offered to replace it (or choose to another main), which took a while, so he took the charge off the bill. As I was using my 'Birthday treat' that time the whole meal didn't end up costing much at all!!
If there's a problem (at any restaurant) I've always found it best to have a polite word to resolve the issue.
