I tried this yesterday and my order was delivered today with no problems.

Place your grocery order of at least £50, making sure you include the 'Finest' meal deal. Add codes GRKHMM and XXAFFT to take a total of £20 off your order. Essentially you get £10 off your groceries and the meal deal for free.

New customers only. However this is the 3rd time I have been a 'new customer' if you know what I mean.

DONT FORGET £5 CASHBACK WITH QUIDCO OR TOPCASHBACK! Thanks to karlie88 for the tip.

Don't forget the following folks:

An extra 1000 points: GRHHYT (checked and works with other 2 codes).

Free rice crispies squares: tesco.com/gro…481
- karlie88

Don't need any Finest Meal Deal - this takes £20 off any items added.

Up to 50p off a litre of fuel if you buy the following (thanks to squaredoggy) -

£8 worth of dairy -
tesco.com/gro…iry
Two bottles of Robinsons
Thornton's Continental Selection 460G
Two lots of Andrex Toilet Tissue Quilts 9 Roll
Nescafe Gold Blend Coffee 300G

Note :

XXAFFT: Expires 31/12/2015

£10 off your first shop

GRKHMM: Expires 31/1/2013

£10 Free Meal Deal on your first shop when you spend £50

Thanks, the gooner We've put this up on our Facebook page, really well spotted

Have you checked what you were actually charged as what comes out your bank can vary from what they quote you. They word it cleverly so the amount you check out with online isn't always what you actually pay.
...But if you've got this deal as a third time 'new customer' then that's amazing! Well done and enjooooy! x

Your very welcome. Glad to see people benefitting!
I cannot get second code to work - comes up with "voucher used maximum times" have some heat for effort
Do you have any idea when these expire? And keep us updated on whether these are deducted properly on the final bill too! Thanks.
Neat
My mate was doing the opening multiple new customer accounts thing a while back until one day an order was late and he made the mistake of ringing CS (told him not to!) where, unbeknownst at the time, a jobsworth noticed and grassed him up.

Upon his next order the delivery man brought instructions from the store manager that he'd been barred and Tesco would be claiming all the money back off him.

He stopped ordering from them and never heard back from Tesco but him and myself both figured that the manager must have known for a while, as it's presumably quite common, but was happy to go along with it for the sake of the sales figures. Presumably until getting a roasting from head office one day.

Yeah, I'm seeing this as well. I'm sure other deals with other merchants were showing only the net amount and not the pre coupon amount.

tesco vinision shoulder joint x3
tesco skinless chicken breast x3
2 bottle of pepsi
case od 18 stella
2 bottles of malibu. all for £32 quid bargin if you ask me HEAT ADDED.

I'd literally just got back from tesco after doing a £60 shop when i saw this deal... so i had to take advantage by using it on the good stuff instead.
Lets just hope they dont take the meal deal coupon off when they deliver!

how does it work with payment, it says they charge you full amount at the checkout when i go to pay by card... and it also says guide price so do they charge the amount to card after packing your shopping..cheers
With online shopping, payment is usually taken when the goods are dispatched, it gives them a little time to back out if needs be (not saying that will happen here as the OP has already tried out this deal before posting, albeit with the meal deal selected). Online trading rules state that if payment is taken, then the deal is final, but before dispatch they can change things.
With tesco, i;ve found that the price of items can change by the time they deliver, but im more concerned about the misuse of the 'Meal deal £10 off' voucher that ive done and others here. Its reet though, i'll just ring up if they charge me more and ask for the difference back as thats what my online invoice says
This is the first time I have shopped for groceries online with Tesco, I have just got in the habit of using Asda. If this is right when my order comes tomorrow, I may have to use my sisters email address to stock up (_;)

If he got caught it was down to being a bit dumb - all you have to do is change the registered name/address after delivery so you only ever have one account with your actual name/address - when you phone up CS they search against your name/postcode

Also as long as you don't order from them too often (say once a month max.) they probably wont notice at the store as you are unlikely to get the same driver until quite a few orders have been made

Yeah, the meal thing might flag up but if it does, play dumb and tell them to go back and get it for you or you don't want any of it.
Tried it again and it never came up with the Mastercard screen this time. It said £35 or so left to pay. All saved to pdf
