cheapest price is £200, so £180 with 10% off. some of the recent bundles have offered better value, but if you're looking for the standalone package then this isn't terrible.

I think it can also work with some of the game + console packages Nintendo sells on their website but I haven't tried it.

In the end, still not cheaper than the other deals but it's still a deal ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Maybe more likely to fix your joycon drift if it appears
Consoles purchased from Nintendo UK Store get an additional year warranty. So you get 2 years instead of 1
like 180 pounds
They should spend my money on books and uni supplies, not nintendo games console..
Still waiting for a switch lite and Pokemon deal. Would you get the lite or the normal switch for a new owner?
Happy to provide the studentbeans code for someone as I never use there codes really

Your money? It's not your money...
The promotional picture shows two people playing with detachable joy-cons, on a Switch upright with a stand. Two things that the Switch Lite does not have / cannot do. Maybe that's why they blocked out the machine with a huge Nintendo logo in the middle.

(Of course you can buy joy-cons and a stand separately, but that's not the point of an advert really).

So you've contradicted/corrected yourself in your own post

You can perfectly well do what you've alluded to, as you've said yourself. Just a case of "need to be bought separately".

OK, I'll have to explain this so you will understand.
The picture is lazy and misleading. It is misleading because in order to have the experience shown you would have to spend 3 or 4 times the advertised savings in buying additional kit that does not come with the Switch Lite. I hope that nobody is going to see that picture and think that that's the experience they're going to have out of the box, because it isn't. It is lazy because what they have clearly done is simply banged a Nintendo logo in an old original Switch advert.

I hope that's clear now.

Ahh the classic my tax money, do you buy rockstar, WB, sega or sony games by any chance? They claim 100s of thousands under video game tax relief and also pay no UK tax, direct your anger there instead of people looking to further thier education, who by the way, typically earn more and pay more tax over thier life compared to non graduates, on average

It was clear from the start, buddy.

I found it funny that you clarified in your own (original) post that your initial remark was incorrect (albeit, you'd have to spend extra).

I don't disagree with your point, but it's all been mildly amusing, especially your essay response

Why don't you ask for "your money" back then, oh wait, maybe because it isn't yours, entitled much?
I would like a code please
