Just received this offer in an email from PayPal.

"Get £10 off when you spend £40 at Iceland and pay with PayPal.

Get everything you need from Iceland.co.uk delivered direct to your door. With loads of everyday essentials and family favourites reduced to 89p, there’s never been a better time to stock up."

Key point from the Ts&Cs:
"You may participate in (and hereby receive the benefit of) the Promotion (as an “Eligible Customer”) only if PayPal has sent you an email inviting you to do so."

No idea how they decide who is eligible or not, so it's probably best to check your inbox. I wonder if anyone without the email is willing to try it out and see it if works?

1. Shop
Shop before midnight 03 September at Iceland.co.uk

2. Pay
Checkout using PayPal. There’s no need to enter a code, as your offer will be automatically applied to your purchase. Hurry this is available on a first come first serve basis.

3. Save
You won’t see the savings from your offer on the Iceland checkout page, but it will appear on the receipt you receive from PayPal. Your savings will also be listed in your PayPal account. As you’ve been specially chosen to receive this offer, you won’t be able to transfer it to another PayPal account.

I want one of these emails!!! Need to stock up the freezer - wonder how they are choosing who will receive on???

I received the email too, however my freezer is bursting through the Morrison's meat offer so I imagine by the time I need to restock the redemption limit would of been met. Very good offer, we normally get 10 % off with hubby being in the forces which is handy when you just want to pop In for a few items.

I ordered from Iceland yesterday spending over £40 and payed with PayPal didn't get email and didn't get this offer if this helps (don't know when you received email)

Today at 10.50 x

Just received an email today. Seems like a bit of a pointless post since those who are eligible for it will get an email and those who aren't wont. Kind of like rubbing it in the faces who don't get the email.

Anyway heat added.

Yeah, I got that email too.

Not meaning to offend anyone; just posted it as a reminder to maybe check those junk/promotional folders!

I got my email this morning but it says the offer started on 14/08/2014, so maybe they're being sent in batches. Would be interesting to know if they actually put a system in place to only allow certain members to receive the offer. If I had a spare Paypal account I'd place an order and then cancel it if the offer didn't materialise.

so its not really a deal worth posting then, as the people that have the emails will already know........ leaving us with no such email with only one option Cold from me

Did you read my previous post?

Not sure about you, but a lot of people will have Gmail which has a 'promotions' inbox - seldom looked at in most cases. Hopefully people will have a glance in there to see if they're 'selected' to receive the offer. How on earth is that a bad thing?

But go ahead, make sure more people miss out on this offer just because you're butthurt enough to vote something cold which could be a fantastic saving for some people.

i got email says shop before 3rd sep. but says Hurry this is available on a first come first serve basis.

whats that all about?

totally agree, I rarely check my junk folders so appreciated your post. when did you see the £10 had been removed? I may give it a go in the hope ive missed the email if I can cancel the order if it doesnt work for me. thnx

For anyone who did get the offer, I've just used and it & it literally doesn't take the £10 off anywhere until the transaction is complete! You get an email after all is processed from PayPal with the £10 taken off

Is this still working does anyone know?

Don't want to risk it and pay full price as it says there's a limited amount they'll pay out in total.
