Woolworths, B&Q and Netto have all had plastic ones for this price or less in the past month. Woolies and B&Q had 10 stainless steel ones for £14 and £15 respectively.

They sell these for £1 each in the pound shop. They are not brilliant but no worse than other sets I have used.

mamboboy, youve been here a few months you should know every thread on here gets the same drivel from others, i often wonder why people bother to post there bargains with the attitude of most members

10 solar garden lights for £10 @ Focus DIY, if thats an option for anyone

Buying from Maplin or Focus depends on whichever is closer to you.

You really can't throw around prices without backing it up with links

A quid or so per light is about the right price this time of year.

Ear Ear! Didn't take you long to pick up on it did it?
I've been banging on about the pickers, jobsworths and moaners for ages.

I bought these a few weeks ago when they were £15.00.
They are not brilliant, but they are not bad either.
At this time of year you only get 2 or 3 hours of light from them.
You get much more with the longer days.
A few of mine have filled up with water in the white plastic part but that hasn't stopped them working.
For this price, I think they are worth buying.

It's not irrelevant. It shows other shops have recently been selling their stock for similar prices, and so this is not that special a deal.
