Adult cats should not drink milk. ... Kittens have an enzyme in their stomachs that allows them to break down lactose, but adults cats don't. Instead, the lactose in the milk may cause an upset stomach when it begins to ferment. Kittens are able to drink milk if you give it to them, but it's rarely necessary.

This isn't milk, it's a substitute

and its 8 months out of date...its good for the bin only!
Mods and approved food both confirm its perfectly fine
Top tip - buy raw goats milk but minimise the amount they have at any one time. Best practice is just to give them water.
