CPC Pro-Elec 100 AA Batteries

I had many deals from CPC (UK based company) over the years and can recommend them.

Thanks to Hoojie for his earlier LED bulb deal which lead me to this.

According to the product specification they should have 2600mAh which is seriously good result if is true - can't really think that it isn't as I've found that CPC'c product spec and drawing are really good.

General Batteries, in all their aspects, should be in accordance with IEC 60086-1 and IEC 60086-2 1.
Model no. Alkaline LR6 2.
Nominal voltage 1.5Volt
Open circuit voltage 1.5Volt﹢0.15/﹣0 3.
Nominal capacity 2600mAh

Throwing in my 2 cents as this is a good deal, which has been posted before. Discussion found Here

Didn't know they could draw as well. Watercolour or Oils?

If I said wet on wet, you may get a shock
Not knocking the deal, but like single-use plastics, we should all be thinking about moving away from single-use batteries.

Amazon Basics rechargeable AAAs have just topped Which?'s test and are super-cheap.

For low drain applications, NIMH batteries are not suitable; batterystuff.com/kb/…tml

So wall clocks, tv remotes, wireless keyboards and weather stations etc, best to use alkaline.

Radio control cars, high power torches, camera flashes, high drain games controllers etc, use NIMH.
Any discounts around on CPC?
jdbigguy25/07/2019 11:45

Never seen any over the years.

Yeah same here, perhaps a bit of Quidco/TCB but not checked.

15p a battery.... I think Amazon Basics were 13.9p (prime only) so might have a look around for a better price, however the spec on these CPC looks better than most cheapos

I bought the Amazon batteries, but the offer was no longer available when I posted this. I can't be sure, but I think it was only during the Prime weekend. I have already checked Quidco and TCB, but CPC is not listed.
