Virgin Media are currently offering a £100 voucher for either Amazon, M&S or John Lewis with any of their current promotional bundles. I was thinking of switching to the Mix bundle (with £70 off from Quidco). This deal appeared on Monday so I ordered it.

Yeah whys it never £100 voucher for existing loyal customers...
why don't these idiots just offer fair prices year after year
people would just stay with them
No such thing a a loyal customer. Companies just see "loyal customers" as easy money. If you don't like it then leave or at least threaten to leave to strengthen your negotiating position.
Expires TOMORROW (Weds 26th april)
Recently signed up myself for the Player Bundle package. £20 per month for 100meg broadband, Talk Weekend phone package (including Line Rental), and TV Player Bundle (with tivo box), and a £50 credit. Very happy indeed. Speeds are consistant 24/7 for me too. Works out cheaper than this even if you take the vouchers into acccount.
I got TCB of £220 plus a £100 amazon voucher on the £55 package. That beats any referral, which incidentally aren't allowed.

how much is that pm
Vermin offering £248.00 cashback via TCB plus the £100 voucher until tomorrow. @£55 a month if you factor in voucher and TCB you're getting half of your years subscription back. My TCB paid out before I had paid my first bill.
I've used it a few times and think they've all been successful. You have to claim it and it gets paid when the retailer pays the standard cashback

I got the superfibre 50+ TV player bundle (not interested in it but they included it in the deal) + phone (Talk weekends) all for £15 per month. Adding to that £50 credit for being referred...I can not complain

Has anyone had this problem: when I go from TCB to Virgin's website, and give them my details, they say they'll be in touch within 5 days to tell me which services I can have. This I think therefore breaks the link with TCB, meaning I can't get the cashback from them, and also will likely lose me the £100 voucher offer which expires tomorrow. At this rate therefore I'm not going to sign up as they've just made it £348 more expensive!

You 100% in a vermin area?
Heat! Cancelled Sky and ordered this. Works out to £7 more for a hell of a lot more. Was going to order with just the £248 cash back but with a £100 Amazon voucher it's a fine deal.
So with the Player bundle I could get £100 quidco (TCB seems to be £80) and the £100 voucher.

edit: Actually it's £40 for quidco with Player bundle even though it includes broadband 100Mb broadband and phone - I didn't scroll down enough.

got a better deal through refer-a-friend 50 credit + 100 gift card. 25/month for 200mb/s, phone (who needs it), and tv box (even though I don't need that either and won't even take it out of the box!).
Anyone had any experience with the gift cards?

For those complaining about no offers for existing customers, speak to retentions at the end of the contract and if they can't offer you a good deal...leave, It's what i did after being with Virgin for 10+ years, switched to sky and saved myself hundreds a year, now coming back to Virgin as they are working out cheaper than sky for 'new' customers, will probably switch to BT next year.

Companies will always offer new customers good deals in order to reel them in and then increase prices slowly in the long term, I refuse to be conned by them anymore.

I agree with you.

People complain about new customers getting deals, but existing customers were new customers once and got a deal so not sure what the problem is. As you say, best thing to do is to keep switching, or threatening to switch to keep the deals coming.
I'm looking to move to Virgin but not sure how best to get a deal
