Tv phone and 100mb broadband on their own website for £29.99 a month so this is poor.
I’m with virgin media. WiFi always dropping out. During the lockdown it’s been dropping out at least once a day. Before that have had problems for days without them doing anything about it. I’m waiting to get out of my contract so I can move. Go with someone else.
I have no problems with my virgin
Customer service is awful when things go wrong. This was before the virus.
They don't do 50mb anymore.....

What they DO do however is constantly jack up your bill.... you have been warned !

Just clicked through, they do offer M50 Fibre Broadband - We estimate that at peak times the download speed to your Virgin Media router will range between 53 and 55 Mbps ?
Awful company

My broadband runs out in 30 days. Been with Virgin for maybe 10yrs. Had three ‘loyalty’ bonuses that bought my 100mbps fibre down to £16 a month. With the loyalty gone the ‘best’ they can do is £35. Cancelled and waiting for the inevitable retention phone call...

Dreadful experience with them, charged me £105 for my first bill on a £25 a month contract with a £75 credit for signing up. Didn't show on any bill. Phoned them and after waiting for 30 minutes, explained my issue and was then put on hold for a further 5 minutes, the phone was then put down on me. Shocking company

Wouldnt bet on getting a much better deal.. I spoke to them last week.. best they offered me for 100m for £32
Do not join virgin! When something goes wrong they don't care less totally wrong and patronising advisors sky is much better
Worst Broadband supplier. AVOID!
Just to add some balance to all the negative posts. I've been with Virgin for the past year and it has been fine. I get the speeds I pay for 100mb down 10mb up, and connection has been solid. I pay £26pm for just Broadband.

Can't comment on router performance because I have it in modem mode and have used my mesh routers since day 1.

Had some drops in connection a few days ago, which was well reported in the press but this is not a regular occurrence.
Not the best deal as this is a 18month contract

I've just signed up to 12month contract for £33.99pm with Free setup worth £35
with 200mb broadband
landline phone
Mixit tv bundle and
5gb data ultd text and minutes sim
also going to get £130 cashback = £23.16pm (NET)

Good deal after all the cash back but you won't pay this price for long the usual bait and switch, price hikes every 6 -12 months.

If they raise their prices above the retail price index which is usually 3% then you have the right to cancel your contact without a early termination fee.But this has to be done within 30 days of getting your notice.

I agree but most of us have better things to do (Not right now) than chase deal after deal and they know that you will normally end up with a new setup fee from the new provider.
