Computing £50/£100 cash back Terms & Conditions

*This is an online only offer. Limited to one cashback per customer. This is a Buy Now Pay Later promotion. The £50 cash back for items overs £349 to £448 and £100 cash back for items £449 and over offer is only available when you buy selected Computing products between the 28.11.13 - 05.12.13 and place the order on Buy Now Pay Later. The cashback will appear on your account within 45 days from the end date of the promotion or the despatch date, which ever is later. If the item purchased is returned the cashback will be reversed and the monies deducted from your account.

Buy Now Pay later

Please note the Buy Now Pay Later option must be added to your order in the ‘Payment Options’ screen within the checkout and you must choose the 12 month BNPL deferred payment period, to qualify for this offer. This means that at the end of the payment free period (Buy Now Pay Later period), any outstanding balance from this order will be added to your account balance and is subject to the account interest and repayment terms.
This Buy Now Pay Later offer is subject to the stated minimum cash order value and account status. Interest will accrue from the date of purchase but will not show on the account until the first statement after the expiry of the deferred payment period. The deferred payment period will begin at point of order (including for those items which are purchased on pre-order and/or are not ready for immediate dispatch). You can avoid paying interest by contacting us and paying the cash price in full before the end of the deferred payment period. All Financial Services products and delivery/installation charges are excluded from this offer.

don't buy from them ever ever ever

Why not buy from them? I use them all the time with no problems

if you shop you around you can pretty much guarantee you will get them cheaper elsewhere, hence the cashback they offer you back.

its not by definition cashback, just a credit they apply to your account you can only use on their site.

Catalogues are all the same HIGH prices for the items coupled with HIGH interest rates when compared to credit cards etc , BUT they do offer you the chance to pay weekly rather than stump up the cash all at once.

They do serve their purpose but i try to avoid using them.

One or two of the laptops on there are same prices as amazon, but their customer service is appalling

I have used a couple of times with a code of some sort and can't say there was any trouble, or cause for concern with the account etc.

they are fine to buy from providing it is a good deal, but wait until you try and return a faulty item (other than clothes).. they try their best to pass the buck to the manufacturer, telling you that you must deal with them as they don't have the facility to test / inspect faulty returns X) unlike amazon who just let you return the item, with no arguments

Can somebody please clear this up if I buy a laptop at £449 do I pay £449 over 12 months and receive £100 pounds to spend at very or is it I buy a laptop at £449 and pay £349 over 12 months getting the £100 off the price ?????

You pay £449 then get the credit about 45 days after to spend on something else

I checked with one if their advisors before ordering. They confirmed that if you ordered your £449+ laptop using "Buy Now Pay Later" (BNPL) the £100 cashback would be applied to your account 45 days after despatch. The balance of £349+ would then need to be paid in full within the timescale you sign up to (up to 12 months) to avoid any interest. I ordered a Lenovo G505s AMD A10 including dedicated graphic card priced @ £499 which is the cheapest price I could it find anywhere on the net. Assuming the cashback hits in February I get it for £399 as long as I pay it back by next December. Whats not to like??
