With KGB deals, you buy vouchers which are then redeemed for the product in the deal. When it is for online deals, you are sent a voucher code which you then redeem on the website of the product in question. When it is an offline deal e.g. for a Cocktail at a specific bar, you print of the voucher and hand it in to get the product.
