I wouldn't buy anything from them now. Look on theirs Facebook page. Customer service doesn't work at all. People received damaged TVs and other appliances and can not return them. Waste of time and money. I am in similar situation. Spent hours on the phone try to call them. No one never answer.

We all watching news. It is the obvious reason but if they can't support customers they shouldn't sell products.

So should a business lose its revenue stream completely and possibly go under for the sake of a few disgruntled, impatient customers?

These are extraordinary times we are living in right now, people have got to realise that businesses are not running at 100% so a little grace and a bit more patients is required.

To add, it does sound like a bit of a nightmare if your TV had turned up damaged but it's likely to be a tiny minority that has that misfortune
