Send as many inkjet cartridges u have and earn 100 tesco clubcard reward points.

Cool deal to clear off useless stuff for nice reward vouchers on Tesco.

Not "every" cartridge brand is acceptable. And "up to" 100 points (so 50 for some).

Just got to know you can request for free envelopes to send them off and the limit is 10000 club points per household, so exchange upto 100 cartridges.

Dam! Very restrictive list of cartridges, got loads of Canon ones and I thought I'm onto a winner here. Anyway, have some heat OP.

do they only pay for original ones or for refurbished too?

both are accepted

Damn, my old cartridges that I've a pile of are not listed (even though loads of HP ones are) and my new ones are the only ones listed as 50 points instead of 100

I don't blame you. You could end up with enough for a free meal at Prezzo / Pizza Express!!

Thanks OP.

Thanks, have ordered a couple of envelopes. Are Green Points worth the same a normal points?

same here, Tesco didn't want to know!

Title is a bit misleading. It is UP TO 100 points (some are 50 points) and it's not EVERY empty inkjet cartridge (the list of eligible cartridges is not very comprehensive at all).

I just save up my HP ones and put them on ebay, normally get more than £1 each back for them.

Give em to charity

cool thanks

I prefer to buy printers that use cheap compatible cartridges for my business. Just bought 12 carts for 50p each.

Is there anywhere I can recycle Kodak cartridges? Wish I'd never bought a Kodak printer, got taken in by the advertising, its really expensive to run and the quality of the printing is rubbish, and I cant find anywhere to recycle the cartridges.

Cold, misleading title and text...please update to save casual browsers so time....
Key points missing (that make this cold for me)
Earn upto 100 points and only a limted list of cartridges.

Well that a stupidly small list. To restrictive to give this any heat at all.

Anyone ever received points from Tesco....or anything from anyone from "recycling cartridges"??? I've not...sent to Tescos and others before! (_;)

Have requested envelops.

Been going on for a while. You see people advertising batches of empty cartridges on ebay just for sending to tesco. Never quite worked out if its a trick or not. Presumably its the gamble of actually getting the points, the reviews online suggest the administering company is rather unreliable.

Only ones they can refill and sell as "re manufactured"

Any ones that only contain ink and no printhead (Kodak etc) are worthless to them, hence no points.

I suspect the posters claiming no points from them sent non-useable cartridges.

I've been doing this for quite a while now, and have always received my points! (touch wood!) HP301=100 points per cartridge!

I use to send ink cartridges to Tesco for Green Clubcard points about 5 years ago (when I had a printer that used cartridges on the list) and from what I remember, the points were always credited to my account without any problems.

very restricted list, agree with above need to change title as misleading to readers.

I sent 2 cartridges (both on the accepted list) last year and I have yet to receive any points. I know they have received them as I requested additional envelopes which arrived a month or so later.

You suspect wrong then!

Until these are tested there's no way you could tell whether these are any good. Also some might get damaged in mail and you won't get any points.

I have sent one and got the points 6 weeks later. If they deem the cartridges as damaged, they won't credit the points. Read on several forums that if you are buying to trade for points, you need to build in a 20% failure when calculating costs.

HP21 & 22 originals and re-manufactured ones...always "eligible"...still no points received. Always a postal lottery these things...can never prove you sent them (_;)

No Epson? gay
