obviously a virgin employee
We're with BT at the moment, have been for 6yrs and it's now the worst connection we've ever had along with terrible customer service, so we are keen to move to Virgin to see if it's any better. The only issue is waiting for 2weeks for someone to get back to us
Try giving loyal customers stuff for free instead of new ones, idiots

Im not a vm employee, I am just trying to save people money.
+£42-£115 topcashback depending on bundle
only problem with this is its always 'new customers only' whatever happened to loyalty these days?
whatever happened to the likely lads? whatever happened to baby jane for that matter?
iv been with virginmedia for years best by far but no loyal discount only price increas every year my package started at £38.99 4 years ago now its £47
Some advice for people who are paying too much, at the end of your contract. Hand in your 30 days notice, dnt worry you can always un-cancel your notice.

Once you cancel, retentions will ring you, just make sure you have opted in for phone calls. They will beat your current price and you can always decline the first offer and the 2nd offer may be really good.

Thats a tip for existing customers also you can save £31.88 a year by paying your line rental saver of £184.

Yeah i am the same, slowly added stuff to my package and then i bumped up my internet to 150mb for £14 a month extra but was rarely hitting the speeds so knocked it back down to 100mb, now currently on £49 i believe. On the plus side of that happening they gave me their best router though and didn't ask for it back.

My one niggle with Virgin Media is that you have to cope with their throttling at peak times nonsense, i presume other providers are like this but it is still annoying.

Why not break the trend and reward loyalty instead of rewarding the people who threaten to leave?! Surely by rewarding loyalty they wouldnt need to do this?

With the prices above its probably worth it even if you just use the broadband...

These are the prices they show on the website.... is that the price for the full 18 months? Also, are the prices they offered you inclusive of the £17 or so line rental charge?..
