The hose pipe doesn't dictate the pressure.

it does, when the pressure going in is fine, but the bore of the pipe is that small, you can pee quicker than it comes out

try it,

A few comments from my experience of buying a hose like this recently:

- Buy one longer than you need, because the coil is quite springy (at least when new) and you would have to pull quite hard to actually use this one 30m from the tap!
- The one in the link doesn't say whether the connectors on the end are plastic or brass. Most of these cheap ones have plastic connectors which are not very strong. I went for this one: ebay.co.uk/itm…262 which has brass connectors (although the 30m length is currently out of stock).
- The hose I bought has just a 3/4" screw thread at the end away from the tap - it's quite tricky to find a connector that converts this to the female Hozelock fitting you need to fit this to a pressure washer, etc.

I had one of these and as previously mentioned it gets tangled etc PITA IMHO

any plumbers merchant

I also need said conductor, what do I need to ask for?

I bought one of these recently - it's rubbish. It got so tangled and was almost impossible to get sorted out. Now binned and back to using a 'proper' hose.
This one might be OK if you have a simple long straight garden to water, but if you have to negotiate round the side of the house, round plant pots and steps etc. it will drive you mad!

Yes - search for "Hozelock 2170 Flat Hose Adaptor", I think I paid just over £5 delivered. That gives you Hozelock female to 3/4" BSP male. The end of the hose I was connecting to also has a male 3/4" thread, so I also got a 3/4" socket from B&Q, I think this one: ****.com/om5…y5w.

Had a air compressor with this and should imagine the same and there rubbish full stop.
Asda ,Hunts Cross had own brand anti kink 30 metre with brass fittings for £20 ,seemed good quality?

these are absolute rubbish usually peddled on the shopping channel... be warned
