Yeah, that's totally fine, but just sharing my experience too
I'm with three for past 13 years. There are some black holes in and around London, but the coverage is improving. The good thing is they will never let you go but offers everything you wish for (when you are out of contract).
we live near a major city and a few years ago had to buy out my daughters contract with three as every time she went to the city the signal was poor, they seem to have invested in improving as inlaws recently moved to them and have no issues, good speed and full signal in the same city.

As with any provider it just depends where you live, cant comment on customer service but cannot be any worse than hopeless Virgin thats for sure.
No upfront and £29 would be a better incentive given iPhone 11 is round the corner

They let me go on the first call and the only offer was the deal available to new customers.
Yes, but they will come back to you at a later date with an offer you (usually) can't decline.

Definitely depends where you live I had nothing but poor signal with 3/ID on 2 separate contracts good deal if you're in a strong signal area personally wouldn't give 3 the steam off my piddle

Three sucks completely. I got charged 200 quid when leaving and had to ring 8 times to get it waived. I got redirected several times each time I rang, sometimes to a random Trade Unions customer service line. It was the most frustrating thing I'd ever done
Terrible deal, 720p extremely outdated LCD panel with tiny battery and low RAM for 900 quid. So glad I recently switched to Android. The new Android 9 software is on par with iOS, tbh I find it better.

I'm surprised Apple can get away with charging this much for a phone. A 150 quid android phone has more ram, battery and a better screen! The only way they're going to change is if people stop buying it, but most people won't even give android a try.
