02 refresh is a joke... I've been with them years and they just want to rip me off. I've spoken to them many times via online chat and they just want me to pay 45 quid a month for an S10 with only 20gb and tell me its a great deal.
Decent deal... but I'll stick to my P30 Pro from yesterday
That's actually not bad price

If you combine 3s AYCE SIM only deal at £18 pm with the O2 refresh deal at £252 then the total cost would be £684.

So £643 is not bad - with the added possibility of cashback

And yet people won't see that, all they'll see is a huawei mate 20 pro for £252 and wet themselves
wow :o..... excellent...cheers op
I ordered a mate 20 pro with 30gb of data after cashback it’s £20 a month. Thought I got a good deal there.
Upgraded on the same contract at £28 p/m only last week! That's what you get for being impatient and unwilling to wait until BF!
Just got the upgrade team to match this deal. Tried to get them to knock off the £19 as a loyalty gesture but they would not budge.

What about the £67.50 from TCB? Did they match that? I'm currently on hold waiting for the upgrade team!
Didn't ask about the TCB as don't use it myself, but I started off trying to get it with no up front cost and for £22pm, but even having got our PAC code, they would not budge.

That's good. They wouldn't budge on the cashback (understandably) wavered the £19 upfront fee but wouldn't budge on £26 per month... He said he would cancel next month's bill too (£18) Don't know what to do!!!
Hi sorry to drag this question up again, but I can't find a concrete answer for the following: even though older phones currently work and aren't affected, when the Huawei ban finally takes full affect (which has now been extended to 16 Feb) will this mean that post that date Huawei will no longer be able to provide security and Android updates to these phones? I really want to get a Huawei Mate 20 Pro but really conscious that it might not have a long software life span...

Except it'll go up twice during the contract. And the best o2 refresh deal was £152.

Yeah the ayce deal will go up too but not by quite as much.

Also I'd guess most don't need this much data so that'll be cheaper still.

If it ever takes full effect they will still be able to provide security updates though they may be slower, android updates not sure about, but that's about a year away for android 11. 10 inbound shortly.

it's likely to get more updates than the samsung s9 which is tempting on the o2 deal.

Thanks for the reply, that's really helpful and great to hear the old handsets should still receive security updates, that was my main concern. So it looks like there isn't any major downsides to picking up a Huawei device that currently runs Google Services. Thank you.

It's a lovely phone, looking forward to seeing what android 10 brings soon.
No idea what's happened for me trying to order this.

Passed the credit check step and try to pay the £19 fee using the card at the postcode ending XXX, which is correct, but it says 'oops, post code doesn't match'. Trying a different card makes the order start over.

Tried 3 different cards between 2 of us, called the bank and they said they're processing the £19 incorrectly. I have triple checked everything I'm filling in, seems to just not want to work for me.

Now I can't pass the credit check as I've tried a few times, didn't realise that step was the actual check, thought it was on completion. So no new contract for me for 3 months. Can't see any on my clear score yet.

Customer service is crap, cut off, on hold, no joy... They can't even see this deal as it's through TCB.

Good deal, but disappointed with Three before I can even get a phone from them. Never known anything like it.

If anybody can suggest a good deal for a similar price, I'd appreciate it.

I'm absolutely disgusted with Three, I've been a customer with them for 10 years and have 3 other contracts with them for family. I phoned up about this deal yesterday as i'm on a sim only deal with them at present and there was a problem when I asked to keep my existing number when I went through TCB link onto the Three page. Basically I spoke to someone yesterday and he said I would have to move to another provider 1st then back to Three (which is a bit messy) or option 2... take the deal on offer as per TCB link (but without the cashback as they can't do that) waive the £19 upfront fee and discard next months bill (which would be my last bill) and from next month pay £26 p/m which was saving me approx £38. Stupidly I said I'd think about. I phoned this morning to take them up on the offer only to find they're not going to waive the upfront fee now as there was a "miscommunication yesterday". I was one the phone for 55mins arguing with them. Basically there's no point being a customer with them as anyone can get the same deals. I asked to be put through to cancellations who were ever so glad to give me my PAC code!!!
Isn't this supposed to be best phone out there? Seems a cheap contract if so....I'm using p20 lite at moment and looking to upgrade
Got mine today 70% to 100 In less then 20 mins amazing zoom. Not played enough to give a good review but all good so far.

I was weighing up the merits of the current deal not what could have been

The £152 is not available

Yes, if you intend to use less mins then the £252 would be better - but again, that's not the comparison I was making
I know this is a long shot but could someone see if your able to install the Yorkshire bank app.

I have a mate 10pro and have been thinking of going for the deal. The Yorkshire bank app used to work on my mate 10 pro but for some reason they pulled it from the playstore concerning security reasons.

Just want to know if the app works on the newer mate 20

Sometimes it's the net connection that messes the banking apps.
I have three broadband (a sim in a device)
It wouldn't let me access nationwide for two months because of the connection I had seemed insecure.
