Send your claim in line with the Cashback Claim Process below and we will credit you by cheque with £24.00 each time.

This will save you £120.00 over the 2 years of the contract. In effect this means that your average line rental per month over the contract period is £15 per month.

Cashback Claim Process: Claiming your cashback couldn't be simpler. You will need to send in your mobile phone bill at months 7, 12, 16, 20, and 24

Remember to register an account with your chosen network provider too, this will allow you to download the bills for the required months to claim

Please note: the above calculations are based on the basic line rental of the tariff and do not include itemised billing.

Wish this was an upgrade deal rather than new line

Just port out to a different sim and then to this deal with your old number.

I have 2 numbers with ee at the moment, if I ported one out, would that affect the price of the discounted second line?or would the new line added keep the multi sim discount?
You won’t get multi discount if you purchased this, only direct with EE
Nice
Bills have to posted for cash back or it's online

Have you thought about seeing if you can get EE perks for a discount of 20%. It's Perks EE if you do a Web search

yes
tr909uk06/06/2020 23:01

Great. Any idea how? 😁

Get a pac code from virgin. Then call EE on 150 once you get and have activated your new sim, give them the pac code then your number will be transferred the next working day (usually)

I 'got the deal' and waiting for the sim to be delivered, but there was no option for the cashback. How do I get this?? :/

Call up, quote the deal and see if they match it. If not.. cancel and get a code for your number.. swap it out, then take the new deal and swap the number in.. you have 30 days to do it anyway and they kill your contract once you change it over.

Mind you.. I got a call from 3 to go down to £18 from £20/m to stay with them another year on a truly unlimited plan with tethering and allowances abroad so I'm sticking with that 👌👌

Oh yeah and it's on 5G if ever I need it

beware of the price increase every year round.
Thank you for posting. We have added your thread to the Highlights section

Is this full fat EE or essential?

Eligible for an upgrade since yesterday, checked out the offers online and they’ve offered me this deal (without the cashback) as an upgrade offer. Only issue is that the offer is for an Essential sim and not the full Smart sim.
Glad that I took the 18m deal earlier with £130 tcb
24 month contract.

This is an essentials tariff. Though it will be unrestricted 4g speed. Ee terms say it is restricted to 60gb/s but they do not enforce this. Ee staff have confirmed this and many on essential plans have always got higher speeds.

This deal is also an essentials plan and not a smart sim.(I.e. is same as the upgrade you were offered, just with additional cashback)

100GB of data on EE's normally speedy 4G wouldn't take that long to get through. Is there that much use for data-capped fast 5G.
Does anyone know if you can apply 20% off from blue light discount with this deal? Or would I have to go direct to EE?

You can't get blue light off this. You could get blue light or EE Perks off at the full £20 making it £16 and removing the need to carry out the cashback redemptions
