Also consider Quidco quidco.com/ee-…ts/ - £2/mth or £48 more, but with £90 cashback (£42 better off) or heck try for both (though only £45 Quidco at £18/mth) - open via Quidco & login to EE and find the £18 deal - unlikely to work, but in it to win it.
This Quidco option might work for this deal..

I think teachers are still working from home. I’m actually not a teacher myself but there’s no need to be like that is there? There many people at home who are getting paid to actually do nothing whereby teachers are working

Not a bad deal for £18 just a shame it's 24 months.

True, but if you’re someone who likes to stick with EE, I believe you can upgrade to a phone at any time during the contract.
Went with the o2 one at £15 plus travel package.

If id need more data, would have gone with this one.
is this smart plan or essential plan
You can get student discount for £16 a month

You can try call them up and say you have a student discount and want it cheaper. Maybe threaten to leave at the end of your contract and they might reduce the price for you.
£45 Quidco....

Edit...maybe only £30 Quidco ..see my post below.

Isn’t getting 13 weeks holiday a year enough?

For existing customers?

Maybe only £30 not £45...

This deal is for a second line for existing customers so this should apply....

What will stop me earning cashback?

If you are an existing customer (
excluding Second Line SIM only purchases)

In short, no cashback for upgrading.

And it'll cost £20 not £18 a month if it's not a second line.... unless retentions can do a deal.
For people who have home broadband (FTTC/FTTP) and wifi at home, does anyone actually use 100GB

Just trying to figure out what I realistically need, with a buffer.

I'm on an old three unlimited tariff and just checking my usage now.

How much data does everyone use?
This works for retention only. Still it is a good deal because you can share the data with other ee numbers, you only have to add them to your account
Expect 2 RPI rises
Deal is a little misleading...

Will this work with 5G also?
GDawes17/06/2020 19:35

Will this work with 5G also?

No. Their 5G plans are separate.
Its £20 for upgrading existing sim only contract and £18 if you take out a additional sim. This really ought to be detailed in the post.

Not long ago this deal was on a 18 month contract and came with 2 swappable's. It's still a good deal but EE are being cheeky with this.

I’ve never seen the 100gb deal this cheap, the length of contract doesn’t really matter these days as long as you know you’re going to keep your network/number.

Apologies, it was £20. I clicked the link and seen that. £18 is great, I agree the length of contract isn't a big issue to most.

It was this price £18 in April for an 18 month contract but only as a second line. If you want to keep your number it was £20 as an upgrade (as is this current deal.)
