Worst customer service of all.

I would NEVER bother with Vectone after having a terrible experience with them.

I am not sure if they are still running the scam "roam like home" deal. I bought two simcards and topped them up with the £10 minimum topup required to get that deal. So we were waiting for our flight at the airport and I decided to pop my Vectone sim in my phone. There was no signal. I called their customer Services from my own phone and someone answered after about half an hour or so. I was told that this sim would not work in the UK because I have subscribed for the "roam like home" tariff and it will be fine when I land into my roaming country. I wasn't too convinced but he had nothing else to say why I was getting no signal.

Right, so landed in my roaming country and guess what? Yes, you are right, no signals there either. The sim was dead! I contacted them when I got back into the UK to get my refund after getting scammed for £22 (£2 for for the simcards + £20 topup). I got transferred from pilar to post, got kept on hold for hours until I give up.

Never again!!!

"...Tethering is limited to 10GB per bundle..." although not stated what the tethering detection system consists of.
I tried contacting their customer service but nobody responds. What a network.

How strange, when I couldn't get an answer to my question instantly they phoned me back. 10 out of 10

Bet you had not activated the sim.

How are you supposed to activate the sim? Should it not get activated when you top it up? Also, they could have told me to activate the sim and gave me instructions when I called them? I was just told that it would not work in the UK because I have activated the "roam like home" tariff and that it should be fine when I land in my roaming country. He had no better explanation and misinformed me.
£5 100GB for a week HOT!
Same goes for me, HOT
Isn't this 3g, anyway vectone have a history of flash deals that disappear leaving everyone stuffed cold from me
shame it cant tether the full amount, I'd be all over this.....! 400gb per month for £20
I spoke several times with them but they simply let my internet works for hours if not minutes, and they even didn't know why it was not working. When it stopped working completely and they clearly understood that I was not Indian or Pakistani, they simply disconnected the call refusing to get it right till I gave up.
This was 5 years ago, recently ordered a promotional pack for 1 penny instead of 10 pounds and never received!
