But three is absolutely awful, I’ve just left after 10 years, network gone down the pan in the last 5 month’s 70% of areas are awful, 30% fantastic speeds
thanks op,

it's no good comparing all the networks when living out in the sticks, like us.

we only have 1 mast near us , luckily visible from the window , but there's only O2 and Vodafone on it

there is no signal at all from the others.

If you call BT they will offer this to you (obviously they will check your details and credential that you are a BT Broadband customer).
If this deal is not right for you, then they have many many others. Before moving to a 200gb data plan I was paying £12 for 25gb data.... So they have various plans.

I'm already on O2 but my contract is up soon can I switch to this?

That’s what I’d like to know.
Managed to get my partner upgraded on to this tariff direct with o2 online.
Anyone have any speed comparisons between EE and O2 based in Essex? (Chelmsford) thanks!

I'm having same issues, was you able to leave early penalty free or did you leave once contract finished?

I have contracts with them, one was due to expire in July this year and they terminated the contract FOC. Ive managed to get my contract down from £38 to £15 before Christmas with unlimited everything and had credits put on my account over £100

My second contract is new... they gave me an iPhone 11 Pro 256gb for £57 a month unlimited everything initially, I rang within my 14 days saying I wanted to return the handset and cancel... they changed it down to £45 a month, I’ve complained twice since and got this down to £35 a month and a credit of over £100 (Unbelievable - The phone is worth £1,199)

My advice... they are aware the network is awful although they won’t directly admit it, but they’ve obviously been advised to do whatever it takes to keep the customer happy

Go complain

I've got 3 contracts with them, between 3 months and 12 months remaining on them, they offered me £5 discount or a 40% discount on the early termination fee, I want then to cancel FOC but they were having none of it, gone to the ombudsman now so will see how that goes.

I've complained just started to complain to 3 about signal after 3 phone calls they offered me a free month and to call back in a month if it's no better which it won't be.Thats when I will go for a cancellation or more discount.I am using Voxi which wipes the floor with 3 round here.
Is there anything to stop someone signing up to this plan and putting the sim in a 4g modem?
This deal is better than the available ‘mobile broadband’ tariffs from o2 (50gb is £28).

Thanks.
