Water the garden? In Northumberland the garden is watered on an almost daily basis by these grey fluffy things that live in the sky.

This price is on an assumption people don't need the stand or a diverter.
In before the "I like big butts" comment
On a serious note. What does one use butted water for? Plants and windows?

Pigeons?

You mean 'winged rats'? No, not them.

Big sort of grey and black cotton wool type sponge things that leak most of the time, most days.

Are they a Geordie/ Scots thing? They're ubiquitous up here, filling the sky and soaking everything.
I keep hearing about water shortages, droughts, hosepipe bans, which is completely alien. We've got rivers of the stuff.

We should sell it to the southerners, stick it in bottles with some fancy foreign words on, "L'eau de Vivre" or 'Uisge Beatha' or similar.

Ahhhh yes. I know the things you speak of. On days like today, when I'm in the office, the sky is clear of them. But on weekends when I get my motorbikes out the sky fills with the fluffy things that leak wetness.

In London mate that's not the case, after water meters installation bills are going extremely high so this would come in handy to store rainwater.
You have my sympathy. Having to live so far South is surely against your human rights, and to cap it all it seems that it doesn't even rain very much.
