Got this 2 weeks ago when it was £29.99. Nice camera and it is has a metal body rather than a plastic one. Not sure that is important, but it feels quality!

Back in stock, but at £25.99. I've ordered one
Keep thinking about a dash cam, really want the nextbase 312g model with wifi but can't bring myself to spend £80-£99 to eventually get bored and leave in the glove box.

this seems a great buy to test pilot what I call a reasonable dash cam, might buy tonight

Get a tiny dash cam & then just leave it stuck to the wind screen ... thieves probably wont notice it.
I left mine between the rear-view mirror and wind screen, it blends in quite well because of the black colour.
You can let over night in the car..has sensor? In case somebody hit my car or somethinglike that it starts recording?
Always good to have a dash cam just in case, road traffic accidents happen when you least expect them (at least my experience's!) and can prove invaluable if you have the evidence. Even if it doesn't capture the actual collision it can prove you were driving responsibly beforehand and at the point of the accident, too many idiots and liars on the road and like my last r.t.a the driver wasn't supposed to be driving as disqualified but that didn't stop him....

Yes, it has a motion sensor. However it needs a always-on supply for this. Most cars with USB power outlets give this; but the old cigarette light thing that you can also power it from does not.
I agree with the use of dashcams but see many cars speeding and driving dangerously with dashcams fitted in the windscreen. They don't realize that their driving is also being recorded as well as the other road users they are hoping to protect themselves from.

I bought the DDPai M6+ ... about £90 each. Review of this dash cam, plus check out other youtubers.
This is a bit expensive, I bought 1 for fwd facing & 1 for bwd facing.
I recommend this, the picture quality is very good. Plus it has quick release mechanism if you're worried about theft.

That Techmoan reviewer had reviewed some smaller ones.

I thought it was reasonable when I paid 29.99 - so I would say 25.99 is good.

iDealYou: Not sure how buying two £90 is good for a low budget!

Installed one of these in the rear after some just bashed me from behind and drove off without leaving his details.
