It has a USB plug at the end. You could use an old phone charger to power the 'thing'. It is also dimmable and 'flashable' (in terms of the lights, not the software :-) ) This 'Cutting Edge' technological masterpiece enables one to do so by the inclusion of a button in the USB plug.

Also this is £2.29 if you can be bothered to download their app.

Expect to wait for delivery, however I ordered one last night and it's already been dispatched through bpost.

Rosegal is a common Facebook scam (whether you’ve fluked and somehow received your products) advise entirely against ordering from them. Feel free to check this group out if you like.

What size portable USB would this work with........1800mAh?
As they seem to be a US site of dubious background it’s cold from me.

It would work with ALL of them as it only needs 5v to operate.
The size of the power bank (mAh) however will determine how long it will last, as this is quite power hungry (6W/1.2A) you are going to need a fairly large power bank for it to last a decent amount of time.
A 1800mAh / 1.8Ah powerbank will only last for roughly 1 and a half hours at full current drain/constantly on mode (1.2A), flashing/fading should last significantly longer provided the control gear/electronics are good/efficient.

I would avoid using Facebook groups unless you know they are genuine, there is no validation done when they are created. Someone could easily create a group called HotUkDeals with a slight variation. Stick to the original website or use their app, use PayPal for payment protection if the item goes missing too
Ordered, why?
Just Check Scamadvisor which i have found out to be pretty reliable in its analysis!! comments in the the reports which reports things are not like advertised , but to be honest dont know anything else Report in the Link haven't purchased fro them so don't know, but the consensuses seems to be its definitely based in China.
but for £2.69 may be worth a punt

How long did it take for your stuff to be received?
Just get them from Gearbest if you are concerned about the supplier, they have them as well, a little more expensive but still a good price
Ordered - thanks!
There’s needs to be education on these sites. I knew I’d have to come on here and explain more because people would jump in with “Ive ordered stuff and had no problem” trust me when I tell you that you got lucky. Theses companies founded themselves on Facebook and continue to gain most of their revenue through Facebook, clicking onto their website. Items either do not arrive, arrive faulty and very dodgy, EVERYTHING is a Chinese knock off - so yes some items you might get lucky and receive a half decent knock off. OR you simply don’t receive them and spend months fighting for your money back. Do some research and you’ll see what I mean, I promise. I only say this to stop people losing out, you’re playing a lottery. And just because one person got what they ordered does not mean you will. Their clothes are awful knock offs, and I certainly wouldn’t be using any electrical items from them. Some people I’ve spoken to get lucky once or twice and then put in a huge order and seriously lose out.

Those hilarious “nightmare knockoffs” you see on Facebook? They’re mostly from dresslily and rosegal.

About 4-6 weeks, but doesn't bother me, as I knew when ordering, if you want something in a hurry then they're not for you. The stock comes over by container from China

No education needed, know exactly where and what these products are. I must be very lucky then, to have been "lucky" to get my order 7 times in a row with no issues?

Ok dokey! point still stands. I don’t know why you feel the need to argue. I’ve literally nothing to gain from saying this, only helping and warning people. Continue buying, no skin off my nose.
Not arguing, just pointing out a differing view Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't buy a £1000 TV off them, same as I wouldn't from anywhere abroad though, but just pointing out not all the scaremongering is true about sites like these.
Order arrived on time and in good condition. No problems.
Mine arrived also, worth the money
